Kelly at Sequoia pumping was very helpful And very professional I had called several companies and they were either non responsive or quoted a flat price to come up and pump a Small septic Tank which seemed a little Excessive and could not get to it for at least 2 weeks After talking with Kelly at Sequoia pumping and explained my situation he scheduled the work for the next day They were on time professional and very helpful with my situation And worked with me to solve my problem I would highly recommend their services.

As a result of heavy rainfall at our home on McCall Avenue, Clovis, CA, we had a septic tank backup into the showers/bathtubs and one floor. Thanks to the neighbor across from us, we identified a company they had used, Sequoia Pumping/Strickland Drilling. Once contacted Mr. Strickland indicated they were servicing other customers and it would not be until the next day, Saturday. He offered the name and number of another company who was able to come out and temporarily alleviate our back up issue through a “clean out”. A Sequoia Pumping/Strickland Drilling representative arrived on Sunday and spent about three hours identifying the location of the septic system access. On Monday, the company truck arrived and began pumping on the septic system itself. The pumping provisionally relieved our predicament. Mr. Strickland related that the heavy amount of rain disallowed the leach field from absorbing the water to completely support our septic system.
Sequoia Pumping/Strickland Drilling is a 3rd generation company (since the late 1950’s) and it obvious why they remain in business, they are a professional, honest, straightforward company with a goal of responsibly serving their customers. Professionalism, Reliability and Integrity are tenuous in certain business areas, but we certainly found and experienced all three and more with Sequoia Pumping.

David and Tommy were very helpful in locating our tanks. customer service was fantastic Very helpful.

We called Kelly when we needed help with our septic tank. He immediately gave us the assurance that things would be repaired quickly. Which you really need to hear when you can’t use any of your bathrooms. Kelly made us feel like family. Came over to ascertain what the problem was that Saturday. Kelly came out the same day we had an issue with our septic system! He was actually here within 45 minutes of my call. He took the time to talk to us about problems and solutions, and proper maintenance of our septic system. Our tank ended up not needing to be pumped at all. Instead of withholding that info and charging us for a pumping that we didn't need, he told us where the real issue was (in the plumbing between the house and septic). He saved us 100s of dollars by being honest with us, and didn't charge us for the visit. There is no better customer service than Sequoia Pumping and Kelly Strickland. When our tank really does need to be pumped, Sequoia Pumping will be who I call.

Kelly made time to come inspect my septic system even though he was booked solid for three weeks. Made knowledgeable recommendations and didn't push for outrageous work or unnecessary steps to be taken. Sequoia was helpful and worked hard to help me diagnose my problem. I will definitely call them again for ay future work on my septic.

There is no need to go anywhere else. They are so good and affordable I don’t even ask their prices when I call them out. Been using them for years. Jesus is outstanding, very considerate and explains everything very clearly.

Dealing with septic issues is never good. Knowing we can contact Sequoia Pumping whenever necessary and that they are always professional and pleasant to work with makes the situation easier to deal with.

Purchased my first house with a septic tank and thought it would be a good idea to get the tank emptied. Called sequoia pumping to setup a appointment and the customer service was fantastic
They went out of their way to get me on the schedule for next day service. A few hours later I received a phone call from sequoia pumping stating they had already pumped my septic right before I purchased the house and there is no need for service right now. Fantastic customer service and other company would still come out and charge the customer even knowing that the septic has already been pumped. I highly recommend business.
