We asked Sequoia Pumping to come pump out a lift station that was overdue for maintenance. The office was great to work with and got is scheduled right away. Jesus and another gentleman came out and got right to work. They worked hard and removed 100% of the solids. In spite of having to remove some larger items, they solved our issue. The basin looked great when they were done. I will definitely call them again.

We were having issues with our septic tank - it was full and I had some clogging in the pipes. I am so glad I called Sequoia Pumping. The customer service was excellent and they were even able to get someone out here the same day. The two gentlemen they sent out - David and Tommy were great. They were both friendly and took the time to explain to me what they were doing and what they would do to get my septic tank back to working properly. If you need your septic tank serviced, call Sequoia Pumping and ask for their best guys - that would be David and Tommy!

Our septic tank had not been treated in the 9 years I've lived here so we got it pumped before any disasters happened. Sequoia was very professional and helpful in explaining the process to me Their crew arrived early, dug out the lid and drained the tank in about an hour. They covered everything up and raked back the ground cover too. Sequoia recommends regular service every 4 years, and I will be using them again.

They did not properly pump my septic tank. The technician only pumped out the water, leaving 3–4 feet of sludge still sitting at the bottom. While he was on site, I explicitly told him to do it properly and remove everything, and his response was, “I can’t do it.” This limitation was never explained beforehand, nor was any solution offered.

After they left, I dug down and confirmed the sludge was still there. I called the office multiple times with no answer and only received a call back hours later. I was then told I would have to pay an additional $300 because the access opening was “too small.”

I have had this same septic tank pumped for over 30 years, using the same access point, and no company has ever only pumped the water, left the sludge behind, or demanded extra money after the job.

Incomplete service, poor communication, and unacceptable business practices. I would not recommend this company.

I had been having problems with my septic system off and on for two years. Unclear how the system actually worked, I contacted Sequoia Pumping to pump our tanks due to two of our latest stoppages. Having pumped the tank in Feb. 2025 and thinking now again this Nov. 2025, (9 months later), something just wasn't right. There are only two of us and the septic system was only 4 years old. After contacting Dave at Sequoia I was able to talk with him describing the situation. He gave me some advice but in the end he said he would come by to pump the tank and attempt to identify the problem. Upon arrival and invetigation he felt the pumping was unnecessary at this point and I needed a further investigation. He recommended I contact the company that installed the entire system. I followed thru on that advice and the other company came to my residence and diagnosed and hopefully repaired the problem.Huge shout-out to Sequoia Pumping and Dave in particular. He promptly came to my initial rescue, advised how to go about resolving the situation and due to his advice I believe the problem has been resolved. Thanks again Dave!

Quick service and very knowledgeable employees. Called Saturday and got our septic pumped
on Monday. David and his assistant were very helpful, professional and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend.

Honest and hard working people. David is the person who came out to my home. He was honest about what needed to be fixed and was able to provide affordable options. When I called to have my tank pumped, they were available to come out quickly. Great customer service as well.

I am so lucky that I found this septic company. When I Google them I thought they were a Coarsegold base company not realizing that they come up from Sanger. I really appericate the staff member (I don't know what the politically correct word for septic cleaner guy), Tommy informed me of the status of my septic tank (let's be honest I am not knowledgable with septic tanks). Tommy was very kind and let me know what I should do next. See, I did the opposite I got the tank cleaned out then I called a plumer to snake it. Tommy, was also very patient with me so I could write notes. Yes, I am one of those old school individuals that write when I don't understand something. You know what Tommy did, he didn't rush me off the phone. He even spent those couple of minutes and helped me understand what is going on with my septic lines. See, my leach lines and septic drain lines is not working very well. That is why my septic tank keeps filling so fast. Tommy, I would use you guys again cause lets be honest cause of your amazing customer service skills.
I forgot to tell you that you actually talk to real people. Yup, no automated. I called the front desk (again, I don't know what to call it) the lady that took care of me was wonderful too. She didn't mind that I had some questions before I my appointment. See, one thing that Google does is give suggestions, not solutions. So, I didn't know if I was plugged or if my tank was full. She was so nice to listen to me and my concerns. I really appericate everyone at Sequoia Pumping. Trust me, you will not go wrong with this company.

After moving into new home with a septic system, I didn’t know much other than the basics. I knew I needed a septic system maintenance/ check diagnostic because I could see that the clean out pipe was full with nasty sludge and if I didn’t call them, the system could have failed soon. So I needed someone I could trust to do a diagnostic on the system. After calling Sequoia Pumping and speaking with the owner, Micha he answered all of my questions and more. After calling multiple times with questions, Micha was always kind and eager to answer all of them with detail. The tech. David came by and was a great guy as well! He explained everything to me before he began any work on the septic system. Once work began we immediately learned that the system was at maximum capacity and needed a good pumping. Well thank goodness Sequoia Pumping has some of the strongest pump on board because my system was full and it was at least 50 yards from the truck. The pump on the truck worked like a champ. David cleaned up the system and explained what else was needed and why.
At the end of the day these guys are honest and hard working. If you have questions at all they will eagerly answer and explain everything and anything. After this job was complete I felt educated about the septic system and feel confident 100 percent to recommend to all of my friends and family members who need septic system services. Oh and prices are very reasonable compared to other companies as well. If you need septic service don’t hesitate to reach out and speak with Micha at Sequoia Pumping. Legit.

Tommy and Gabriel came out to inspect the septic system at a house my clients are buying. They were able to come within just a couple days from request, and they were wonderful with communication and letting me know when they were going to be on site. The charges were very fair, and they gave me the options and also some further advanced troubleshooting. I have been using Sequoia Pumping for over 20 years of my career. They go up into the hills and have come to Wonder Valley and other outlying communities. They let me video the inspection results so that I could explain in real time for my clients. Extremely helpful and very grateful to get this done. Highly recommend them.
