They have made an unholy mess of Clairemont in San Diego. Worst street construction work and management I’ve ever seen.

The staff that run Sunshine Landfill treat their contracted super 10 drivers extremely poorly. The lack of professionalism and regard for safety (profanity toward drivers, overloading trucks and overall safety) and communication is a huge concern. If an owner/operator communicates a safety issue or concern, they get sent home without discussion or care for safety. Owner/operators BEWARE!

Great communication from Dave. Crew got in quickly did a nice job and did a nice job cleaning up the work area.

Horrible company from the laborers to the inspectors and even the engineers are very idiotic and rude. From running stop signs, being disrespectful in homeowners yards, and having no clue what they are doing. This is definitely a joke of a company

Dave & crew did some work for me hauling in river rock. Delivered in a timely manner and very respectful of the lawn. I am very pleased with work provided and will definitely use his services again. Thank you for a job well done!👍

This company should have zero stars. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MAIL IN TWO DAYS due to them blocking the road and NOT allowing access to my mailbox.They don't care about homeowners and their privacy. They are disrespectful and have NO common curiosity. Only thing they care about is money. Also this company DOESN'T CARE About senior citizens. All their notice are for legal purposes only. They DO NOT follow them.

Our new rain gutters look great! The old ones were tired and leaking, we had considered repairing them but once Guy explained the cost and chances of future bills coming from patching up what we have.

Amazing customer service as well as fair price quotes. Will recommend 100% to my friends and family.

We had them out to quote and ultimately do the work to install 2 new downspouts where the original builder really didn't provide enough to property get water off the roof in heavy Cali rainstorms, one of them 2 stories high with tall ladders, re-seal joints in gutters and clean some of them where dirt and debris has accumulated over the past 5-6 years. Guy's price was competitive and reasonable, he himself came out for that, and the field guy Israel was simply wonderful to work with, very meticulous, skilled, safety first on those tall ladders, cleaned up, respected property, good listenener and informative for an untrained owner; I can't ask for anything more. We intend to keep using them for maintenance, repairs and clearning in the future, and will be happy to provide a good reference any time.

I was impressed from the start. I really felt that there was an understanding of my needs as a client rather than simple “Plug and Play”. I was concerned about water accumulating under the house and weakening the foundation so in addition to the gutter installation they proposed and built a clever slanted cover to the entry to our under house crawl space.

The team was quick and efficient and brought me in as necessary for judgement calls like the length of the downspouts…far away from the foundation but also not pouring into my neighbors driveway.

If my neighbors driveway does get flooded this coming winter, they provided me with a second part proposal on how I might channel water to my front garden.

Highly recommended.

Job finished today as promised. Guy was the project manager. Nice guy (no pun intended!). For context, we were looking for a company to install commercial gutters and we got a few bids. We didn't go with the cheapest because they didn't really seem to know much about buildings like ours. I wish I had just stuck with my gut instinct which was to hire Gutter Builders rather than waste time getting other bids. At the end of the day, all worked out just fine.
