I just wanted to say what a great experience we had with System Pavers. From the initial on-site design consultation with Lorinc S. to the construction coordinating with Erin S. and daily/post project follow up with Ryan M. this team was top notch. They took our small patio that was slippery, less usable, outdated and transformed it into a usable canvas (with now drainage) that that will last for years to come.

Our small project took 3 days to complete and it seemed like every attention to detail was thought of through and through before we could even ask. It’s attention to the small thing that make a project shine. Our family cannot say enough on how happy we are with the final product.

Our backyard pavers look amazing! We went from having old red brick, uneven patio, with no drainage to having a beautiful, level paver patio with great drainage. We are so happy with the quality of the work. The end result is exactly the look we wanted and it added tremendous value to our property.

System pavers are professional and courteous. Project was completed with in the promised time frame. Project manager Nestor Fierro was great and kept me updated on the progress of the project at all times.

Very professional company that knows how to execute. They will work with you to get what YOU want; it was the small details that they made happen. See that angled groove? Well, I felt it would be a hassle to ask them to make that happen... at first mention, I got what I wanted without hesitation. They set up the area for future electrical that I will be using SP to do next year because they did a great, fast, and professional job. Anthony our designer knew what we were going for and Ryan the Project Manager executed our vision.

The process was incredibly fast and will be contracting System Pavers again for future projects.

I can't say there were moments that I seemed overloaded with my part with the project. The Staff was very nice, friendly and attentive to my ideas and were always in contact as the Forman . Jess and I talked at least 3-4 times a week. I Iliked really feeling a part of the process than just observing. There is nothing I would like to redo and am thrilled with the final outcome

Our driveway project was done with great efficiency and looks beautiful. The team did a great job and worked hard to make sure it was done in the time frame that was quoted.

My patio belongs on a magazine cover! A skilled and knowledgeable designer from System Pavers came to my home to view and discuss the project; he made some excellent suggestions and refined my ideas. The workmen were excellent and efficient; while expected to be dusty with demolition of the existing concrete and installation of the pavers, they made it as least disruptive as possible and cleaned up after themselves each day. The entire project was 4.5 days from start to finish. I would definitely recommend System Pavers.

Please avoid System Pavers! They are bad news! After completing a large, expensive project (driveway, walkway pavers, lights, artificial turf, river rock) that was a nightmare from beginning to end with a very inexperienced project manager we found out the irrigation system for our landscape was destroyed in the process. I had to hire an irrigation specialist because SP didn’t want to believe it or deal with it. They confirmed it was caused by the instillation of the driveway. SP never checked the irrigation at the completion of the project. If they had they would have noticed it was not working and the turf was capped off incorrectly. In addition, they outsourced all their work to Brazilian Pavers. They even told us we would have paid thousands less had we gone with them. Most importantly they will not honor their 100% unconditional satisfaction guarantee. I just wanted them to fix their mistakes and they refused. I had to hire my own specialists. I have reported them to the BBB. I just want other consumers to beware and not make the same mistakes we made.

I had an excellent experience with Black Diamond Landscape! The entire process was fast and easy from start to finish. Ron was patient and helpful with during the planning process. It was really cool to watch the paver installation — such a neat and efficient process. The crew completed the job quickly without sacrificing quality, and they left the yard spotless when they were done. We recently hired System Pavers to replace our concrete with pavers in the backyard around a pool and down alongside the garage. Total project was 1,700 square feet.

The project was headed up by Nestor Fierro and his team who did a fantastic job. The individual workers were all exemplary and professional. They communicated every detail daily and executed without any issues. The team was on time every morning and cleaned up each and every day.

OK, I’m a Do-It-Yourselfer for many things, but there are some things that are best left to the pros; installing pavers for a driveway is one of them. I had a cement driveway that looked like it had been though World War II, so my wife and I decided to look into replacing it with pavers. I meticulously researched everything, and quickly realized that doing it myself was out of the question. There are a lot of important technical steps involved, including proper sloping of the driveway, compacting all the different levels of soil, base aggregate, bedding sand, joint sand, cutting pavers to fit tight areas, creating concrete edge restraints, etc. I searched for “paver installation” on Google, and saw the company “System Pavers” in Santa Ana, all over the place. They seemed to be the most well-known, so I avoided them, assuming that they would charge an arm and a leg. I then got a quote from an unlicensed contractor that sounded like a really good deal. But then I saw some photos online of badly-done paver installations, where the pavers began sinking and drifting. So I contacted a small, local landscaping company, which was licensed, for comparison purposes. To my surprise, they quoted me approximately the same price as the unlicensed contractor, and the quote included a 4-year warranty. Next, I decided to call System Pavers, who advertised a 25-year warranty. I assumed the System Pavers quote would be much higher, especially due to their long warranty. System Pavers Sales Rep Karen Shurtleff came to my house, and explained the process to me. She helped me select color schemes that coordinated well with my house. She explained the things that can go wrong if any part of the process is done incorrectly, and clarified the details of the 25-year warranty. After hearing about all the things that could go wrong with improper installations, and hearing about the long warranty, my heart wanted to go with System Pavers, but my head told me that the smaller local company would be much more cost effective… until Karen gave me a quote that pretty much matched that of the local company with the 4 -year warranty. So I ended up getting my wish, and went with System Pavers.

I always do a lot of research before getting into something like this, and I still had a lot of questions; Karen kept in touch with me via text, phone, and email, answering all of them. Project Manager Tony Garcia came to my house to meet me, take measurements, and answer any questions. Within a few days his crew came to my house, ready to get started. Leo, Jose, and all the others were very professional, obviously knew their stuff, and completed my entire driveway project in 3 days! We are talking 800 square feet of driveway, with a lot of planters, columns, and steps to build around. (Take a look at the “Before” and “After” photos, to get an idea of the amount of work that was done.) In 3 days, they demolished the entire concrete driveway, dug the soil down to the desired level, set up measurements for the slope, placed and compacted all the different product (geotextile, aggregate, sand, etc.). They even relocated 3 sprinklers in my lawn, so that the pavers around the edge of the driveway would fit properly. Many pavers were also precision-cut, to fit perfectly into tight spaces. They placed the pavers in a “Capital I” pattern, and placed the colors in a way that created a random, yet even distribution. Karen told me that these guys were “artists,” and she was right. If you are thinking of getting pavers for your driveway, or patio, or anything else, I don’t think you will find any other company with the quality, price, and warranty of System Pavers. Highly recommended!

This was a patio project. Very good experience from time of meeting sales person, communication with the Project Manager, and workers being careful around my property with the demolition they had to do with existing cement patio. Project was done quickly and cleanup was great. IF I were to do my front walkway in the future, I would definitely contact them again.

Outstanding Customers Service even after the sale. As a US Marine and Firefighter I know a thing or two about great service. My original project installation was completed in February 2016. I had a few small items over the last couple of years that I just did not seem to find the time to address. I contacted System Pavers for and they responded quickly. Manager Daniel contacted me, understood my concerns and arrived on time to take a look. His install crew lead by Jonathan arrive on the scheduled date, were professional, kept me informed and cleaned up after they were done. Manager Daniel even stopped by to check in on the repair items. The day after a small problem development again and Daniel personally came by and took the time to resolve the issue himself. I had never met Daniel prior but I can tell that he fully understands the importance of great customer service, reputation and good karma. System Pavers would do well to hire more brand ambassadors like Daniel.

Justin did an amazing job. I basically just went with his recommendation and my house turned from what looks like every other house on the block to a dream home! Highly recommended!

We recently hired System Pavers to design and construct a front yard remodel at our home in Yorba Linda. Admittedly, we had a general idea of what we wanted to do but were clueless on how to implement that idea from dream to reality. Thank goodness we found System. Pavers! We were so impressed with how they stared by asking us general questions (complete with pictures) about our likes and dislikes in terms of aesthetics, materials and architectural features. Armed with the answers to these generic questions, our design consultant (Andrew Conlisk) went to work on preparing our design. We were particularly impressed by how Andrew took our information and prepared a beautiful conceptual plan for our yard. Andrew was quick to respond to our questions and guided us through the design process flawlessly. We were also pleased that the design was done "free of charge" as other companies wanted us to shell out $1,500 just for the design! Having the plans was also helpful in securing the necessary approvals from our HOA architectual committee.

When it came time to take the plans from concept to realty, we were assigned Ryan Mainwaring as our Project Manager. Like Andrew, Ryan was also amazing. He walked the job site with us, answered all our questions and suggested slight modifications to our original design based on the layout and topography of our yard. All of Ryan's suggestions were spot-on and we happily agreed to them. Ryan was on the job site nearly every day during demolition and construction and was a great resource to explain what would be done on any given day. I can't say enough good things about him!

I'd be remiss not to include a mention of Oscar and his crew who actually performed most of the labor on our job. Oscar is an artist when it comes to masonry and related hardscape construction. They always cleaned up at the end of every day and didn't seem to mind my wife and I coming out to "see" (and marvel at) their progress.

In short, if you want great quality work at an affordable price (not the least expensive out our qualified bidders, but not the most expensive either), then I highly recommend you consider System Pavers for your landscape/hardscape project.
