Worst service. Came to snake a pipe and broke a hole. Then didn’t even waive the bill. Greedy! Highly do not recommend!!!!!!

These guys are great. Alex and Isaiah came to fix an issue with my toilet and were both professional and respectful of my home. They worked quickly and efficiently. Should I ever have any issues again I know exactly where to go.

February 8, 2018 This guy got his "Man" feelings hurt when I passed him and merged in front of him on the 405 South Fwy this morning at approximately 7:50AM. It wasn't like I cut him off or anything, he didn't even have to tap on his break, but the next thing I knew he was flipping me the bird behind me then he changed lanes sped up to get on the side of me to flip me off some more. Very stupid Van # 1851 or 1051 to insert yourself in road rage with you phone number on the van. Next time don't drive like a snail on the freeway and make everyone have to change lanes to pass you, if you can't handle it...Makes me think what else he would come unhinged over. Good job "Service 1st".

Two technicians came to replace the condensate pump for my apartment AC then left and later that day I noticed the AC was not working and had to spend the night without AC. I could not wait another night for another technician to come so I opened the retuned air duct myself and found that the pump was not even plugged in the wall as per the photos. All they had to do was to just plug it in the wall!

Just got attacked by one of their drivers in Huntington Beach ( 2066 ) Hispanic Male started road rage for no reason screaming at me and showing vulagare signs. I will report this to the local police to check who the hire there. This is becoming inasne what's happening:-( will add video from dashcam later. Would you like to hire those people to be in your house. Doesn't look like the have good reviews

Raul did an excellent job at my apartment building. This was a very difficult job where a resident had really clogged up the toilet where it had to be removed and replaced. He stayed until the job was completed and cleaned up nicely. Also, he was letting my techno everything he was doing their by sharing the knowledge and my service tech gained some valuable insights. This kind of customer service is not very common unfortunately. Raul did a great job!

Service, once I received it was great. But it took a significantly longer time than usual to get help today (perhaps due to the holiday?) But staff is consistently friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

Slow service when retrieving inventory. Even being a pro member service is lackluster, order bags of cement and sand, the materials werent in front. They had to retrieve the bags from their stock room in the back.taking over 40 minutes to retrieve bags is unacceptable. On top of that their forklift drive seems clueless at what hes doing. On a good note their cashiers and service staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on the products and services they offer.

Everything was quick sy. Great results and smooth process.
