This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

I'm working with a contractor on a pool and I was hoping to have System Pavers install the hardscape and built-in island grill.

On Thursday I spoke with Luke on the phone and we scheduled an meeting for Saturday at 11 to take measurements. He was a no called no show to that one.

So we rescheduled over text to meet on Monday at 12. Then, before he was supposed to arrive he texted saying that he was too busy to make it out.

On Tuesday morning we were texting to try to coordinate a meeting and he announced that he'd only make time to come out if I was willing to sign today. I told him we need to talk about pricing before we discuss the contract. Again, he said that he was very busy and he'd only be able to come out if I'm willing to sign today.

I've worked with several contractors before on two separate home additions. So I was really taken back by this company's unprofessional approach.

System Pavers were in and out in one week, just as promised. They did a fantastic job of adjusting the slope to resolve drainage issues. Couldn't be more pleased with their work. It was a pleasure working with Sam and the entire crew.

My recent home project to replace my pool deck and patio was accomplished by System Pavers in record time. Managed by Nestor and on-site by Juan Carlos, it was completed efficiently and capably by a crew that really knew their business. Beside, they were all nice guys.
I would recommend System Pavers for any similar job to upgrade and/or improve property.

We’re so glad we chose System Pavers. Our design consultant - Justin - came out for the initial consultation, and we were immediately on board. We were looking for something simple yet elegant, and they delivered just that.

Nestor, the contractor, came out on a separate day to take measurements, and the entire project was completed in just two days. The work was clean, professional, and exactly what we hoped for.

While there was a slight delay in processing the final payment, it wasn’t an issue for us since the project was completed on time. Overall, we highly recommend them!

After nearly half a year of contemplation and consultation, System Pavers was, without doubt, the best decision to have my backyard renewed from what was once a lifeless void of a backyard to what is now modern, spacious, and safe place for me and my family to enjoy. Not to mention the awe and impressed reaction of our friends and family.

ABOUT MY PROJECT:
Our transformation was relatively small, but the lasting impression and impact of the change is night and day. Our project consisted of: paving 2 major sections, adding stepping stones around the perimeter of the main patio pavement, turf surrounding all other space throughout the entire backyard, and adding path lights for night time ambiance. See attached pictures for scale and details.

MY EXPERIENCE:
Overall, my experience working with System Pavers was delightful and thorough. Our project manager (Nestor) was attentive and quick to respond to all my concerns or requests for changes. The team working on my home were punctual, efficient, and quick to acknowledge potential work stop and did not hesitate to elevate concerns directly should Nestor be preoccupied with other outstanding tasks. The communication and trust is well established and each discipline stuck to their respective swim lanes. It's very apparent that their culture and work ethics drives their success and I would not hesitate to reach out to System Pavers for future projects.

My one and only complaint would have to be the cost of the project... BUT... let me be clear by stating that you get what you pay for and my experience truly felt warranted with their results. Though your mileage may vary, the team does actually try very hard to meet your budget, as long as we're all being sensible and honest.

In closing, I would highly recommend System Pavers to those seriously looking for quality work with quality results, backed with an amazing warranty package. Do inquire the coverage and see for yourself.

Evan (Design Consultant) is a very detail-oriented, yet, extremely approachable both socially and professionally. If you're like me, a person who doesn't have the clearest plan for a paving/turf remodel project, Evan will walk you through every step of the way and would not leave until the customer is extremely satisfied with the plan. Was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Nestor (Project Manager) is a great communicator, has a lot of real-life experience related to this profession, approachable, and respects your ideas/opinions. One of Nestor's respectable quality is his ability to demonstrate accountability. As an honest man making an honest living, works very hard to ensure quality service and results are assured by himself and his teams and never afraid to admit faults and create excuses that leads to an unnecessary finger-pointing match.

Edwin (Pavement Team Lead) is an honest worker and clearly lets his (and his team's) experience dictate their quality. He's clearly had an amazing coach/leader and demonstrates amazing work ethics. Edwin is not afraid to share his honest opinions about any concerns, and is always willing to help your dream layout become a reality.

Miguel (Turf Team Lead) is creative, yet, methodical when it comes to turfing. He and his team do not take shortcuts and ensures quality results, especially around bends and tight angles to give your turf a clean look. In addition, their efficiency to turn my entire backyard took only a couple of days to set their foundation and cut/lay their turf.

System Pavers did an outstanding job on our home improvement project. From the initial consultation with the designer to the final installation, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The team ensured we got the right materials, managed the excavation and removal of the old concrete efficiently, and completed the paver installation with great attention to detail.

Although the project took a little longer than expected, the delay was well-explained, and the final outcome was absolutely worth it. We’re very happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism shown throughout the process. I highly recommend System Pavers to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor spaces.

To anyone considering paver installation, I highly recommend Sam and his hard working team. They do not disappoint in terms of grit, timeliness, and expertise. Sam made suggestions, which I hadn't considered, and the end result was like, POW! Lizards scattered and space opened up as my front yard brought the salesman's projected AI vision to life. This includes driveway, step, planter, and porch pavers with a few "throw-ins". What a lovely manifestation into something not only fresh but also inspirational in terms of next steps. Colorful planter-filling research is now underway. At sunset, I steal yet another peek at the lighted steps. At daybreak, I dash out there to admire a JOB WELL DONE as passers-by spew compliments left and right. This is an uplift worth every dime.
