We had an amazing experience with System Pavers redoing our backyard patio. We met with several companies, but ended up choosing System Pavers because of their level of professionalism. Our initial meeting with Tom was great. He was informative, helpful, and tried hard to work with our budget. We had a change order after we signed the paperwork and it was resolved quickly without an issue. Nestor was a great project manager. He communicated with us throughout the entire process and was extremely helpful. Ivan and his team were fantastic! These guys worked really hard and finished the job super fast. Everything looks perfect and we are really pleased.

My patio is a showpiece now! System Pavers do an exceptional job. Nestor and his crew do excellent work! Demolition of the old concrete to completion with the pavers (which look like wood) took only about two weeks! Throughout the project Nestor addressed all my questions and concerns, very professional and timely. Crew cleaned up each day. Turned out better than I imagined. Would definitely recommend!

Definitely a 5 star experience. Despite uncontrollable weather conditions causing delays, Jose from System Pavers couldn't have been better. His constant communication really made this project the best remodel experience I've had to date. We agree with the terms once they came out did the job they were there promptly as promised quality of the work was actually better than I thought it would be ANTHONY really took care of me. Called on Systems Pavers to help me design my outdoor sitting area. Evan came out and he was able to capture our vision of what we wanted the space to look like. I love my remodeled backyard so much now.

Old backyard had wrongly done slopes would lead to water logging. Also we could enjoy the entire space as it was split in lawn and old style blocks.

Ruben helped us design it for most efficient use and with economic budget. Helped us plan the space for the trees to create shade for the Summer time.

The project manager - Nestor and his hard working crew members - Geovanny, Orli, Kenia, were very thorough in their work and had a nice polished look to the backyard when they completed, specially around some of the things like HVAC, water pipes.
Nestor kept the project well on time and communicated well ahead if any changes needed. All the drain is well planned out now. We tested it under some short but intense Spring rain spells over this weekend.

All the work was complete in 7-8 days.

These folks are "quality on time".

We are very happy with the final product - a modest paver patio with seating walls. It's beautiful, functional, and adds real value to our home.
We did find it necessary on more than one occasion during the 3-day install to call the site manager who was not actually on-site due to a personal emergency. He was able to quickly resolve differences between the plan we'd contracted for and how the team was actually building the patio. These differences included the number/location of the drains and the layout of the border trim. Installing a missing drain did involve a bit of reworking in one area and was addressed quickly & aesthetically. Had my husband or I not been home to monitor progress, I imagine these corrections might have been a bigger problem. I suspect we wouldn't have had these issues but for the site manager's unexpected emergency, as he was both responsive and clear with his communication.
I would recommend System Pavers for the quality of their products, workmanship, and communication with their customers.

This is an updated review. The sellers, Nicole and Anthony, came out in October 2024 and gave me a price. I wanted pavers and a patio cover done by the 31st and it was completed on time. However during the sales process, I asked if any damage should occur to the wall of my home if repairs would be done and was told by Anthony "YES". Well, a lot of stucco fell off during the process of jackhammering the concrete. When I asked the project manager, Thomas, when the damage would be repaired, he was surprised. He was also supposed to be present during the work but rarely was. So he tried to patch areas with stucco and paint but did a terrible job. I texted him, Nicole and Anthony with no avail. I called the company who told be he was no longer with the company. They referred me to another project manager who wasn't attentive at all and surprise, no longer working for the company. Finally late December I received a call and was told that someone would come out and do the repairs. This occurred after my Google review. So we scheduled a day, someone came out and stuccoed, and told me they would be back to paint. After a week I texted the lady to ask when the painting would be completed. She was surprised to hear the job wasn't completed. Then she called me and said that this was done as a courtesy and the contract states they are not responsible for any damage. She advised that I hire a painter. I was upset and she said she would speak to her supervisor and call me back but never did.
In addition, I was originally told they would add conduit in the pergola and that wasn't done either. It cost over $3000 to add in an electrical outlet to install a fan. I would not recommend this company. However the installation of the pavers and the pergola was done well and are beautiful. These jobs were outsourced.

What a class act. Eric gave us a professional, accurate estimate and off we went! We felt so comfortable with the entire process and never felt pressured to do anything. Communication was seamless with texting and quick responses by all. Nestor, our project manager, was a dream. On site constantly, he kept an eye on Salvador and the crew, who showed up EVERY day on time and worked tirelessly and cleanly. Loved those guys. Pavers, turf, pergola all scheduled to be completed in 2 weeks but done in ONE week! We are thrilled with our new backyard oasis.

We used SP in our previous home and were very happy with the results. When we were thinking about starting this project in our new home we wanted SP to give us a quote and again decided to go with the company. We NEVER regretted one minute of that decision. Once again SP did an excellent job from start to finish. We are so happy with the results. Excellent performance from the team!!!

Jose and Rigo did an outstanding job on our backyard overhaul by installing our retaining wall, pavers and turf.

Jose was very accommodating from the beginning despite getting off on the wrong foot with the sales team. Initially the sales person recommended a product that was not rated for the height of retaining wall we were looking for. My wife fell in love with the proposed Belgard design, we signed off on the quote and low and behold the day Jose (Construction Project Manager) shows up to walk through the selections, he gives us the bad news that the Belgard retaining wall will not withstand the height nor pressure coming off the hill from Main Street and the alternative could cost more because it would require a heavy duty center block/cement wall. At this point my wife and I saw this a “bait and switch” tactic” and almost cancelled the entire project. Jose was very understanding, and apologized for the misunderstanding even though it wasn’t his fault. A few days later Jose brought by some samples that would work and very patiently went back and forth before arriving at a design that my wife was ok with. Jose seamlessly coordinated with my electrician, landscaper, and sprinkler system company making it much less stressful for me. Being a Sales Leader myself, I would certainly recommend the sales team receive better training and perhaps even working a few days with construction team to better understand the products they’re promoting to customers.

In the end we were able to proceed with project by paying the same amount we initially agreed upon but Jose deserves all the credit in salvaging this deal. Thank you Jose for making our dream backyard a reality!

Overall, we are pretty satisfied with the work. It wasn’t until the rain came that we saw some puddling in a couple areas.

My worst complaint was that debris (sand/dirt) was left on adjacent grassy areas, which was piled on the corner and residue was left on the brick walls. That being said, they sent someone to clean off the area after I complained. Unfortunately, the grass that was there previously never grew back, which is where our dogs normally go.

Aside from that, the crew was well mannered and accommodating except for one “helper” who was supposedly only a driver.

Had a great experience with System Pavers for our backyard remodel. Sam Salcedo was an excellent project manager, and crew leader Edwin did amazing work. Couldn't be happier with the results, and the team was truly professional and amazingly fast. Highly recommend!

We are so grateful for System Pavers! They have been such a wonderful partner in creating our dream backyard. Our project was very complicated (from our perspective) and had to span over a significant period of time because of other construction on our property over the past year. Our sales person, Daniel, was patient, informative, not pushy, and accommodated our budget so we could achieve our dream backyard.

The true hero in all this was our project manager, Oscar. He was on site daily with his rock star crew, making sure everything was done at a high standard. He communicated with us often and always responded very quickly when we had questions.

Our project had to be spit into two phases with nearly a year between them. When we started, Oscar was part of the "contractor meeting" with the other team working on our property. Oscar's team rallied and started "phase one" quickly so we could move forward with the other major project. As that wrapped, Oscar got us back onto the schedule quickly and completed "phase two" with his original team.

System Pavers has been our partner through this very disruptive year because of all the construction. Oscar and team made it comfortable because we knew we could trust their work, their timing, and the care in crafting our dream backyard.

They're not the cheapest out there, but you pay for what you get. The online portal helped us monitor the progress and payments and the personal commitment brought us peace with such a large undertaking.

So very grateful for Oscar & team! Highly recommend.
