Had a fantastic experience with Nick! He's super friendly and easy to talk to— he explained everything in simple terms and gave me options on the most cost effective and efficient solution. He installed new breakers quickly and professionally. It’s hard to find reliable, honest contractors these days, but Nick is exactly that. Fast, clean, a good communicator and reasonably priced. Great service and the price was significantly lower (100$) than the other place I called.

I needed some Square D bolt in breakers that Walters didn't carry. They had them in stock and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with friendly service.

Return policy clearly states no returns after 45 days. This is a lie as they will not take my return on day 28 after purchase of items that were not required for my repair. Close up shop or find an office front that you can afford so that you can accept a 97 dollar return and not put your business in the red. Just because u are barely staying open doesn't mean you should go against your posted repair policy. Looking forward to your going out of business sale.

They did a fantastic job with installing a EV charger in 2017. The prior owners had not got the final inspection done. Jose paid OC public service, got the inspection reinitiated in 2024 and helped get it signed off.

Santa Ana Electrician Pros were great because they came out and set up a surround sound in my home theatre. I was so happy because they did such a great job and it sounds so nice!

I appreciated their communications as the time window narrowed down and the attitude and thoroughness of the techs they sent over. Repair seemed a bit pricey but was worth it for the fast response, plus they stuck around and went the extra mile to do some preventative work to keep the emergency from recurring. I'd use this company again and gladly recommend them.

This electrician was very professional and the quality of work that he did was clean and done correctly. He does not over charge and very flexible at your convenience.

The work he did for me was updating my house from low voltages to the 110 voltage. He repair any holes that needed to fix the electrical issue.

There was others electrician that was going to do the job but won't repairs any holes that needed to repair the electrical job. Which I would had to hire another contractor to do it.

He will advice you when call to save you money if you could easily fix it yourself.

I had Pre-Flight Electrical, which is owed by Brad, come check and fix my outlet. Brad was on time, professional and found the issue. It turned out nothing was needed and he was really honest about it and didn’t try to overcharge me. I would recommend Brad again. Keep up the good work, Brad!

Brad has installed 4 fans and installed an exterior floodlight camera. He had great customer service and was professional. He is meticulous and gave the best prices. He’s my go to electrician, very trustworthy. He even came for an emergency near Christmas. He was concerned for my family because our heater lost electrical power. Brad came immediately even though it was later in the night. He was able to troubleshoot and figure out the problem and even called Edison because it was on the city’s end. He didn’t even charge me for coming as an emergency. Because he, a professional electrician, called Edison, they came an hour after and fixed the issue right away. I’m so thankful that I have the privilege of having Brad as our electrician and would easily recommend him to our family and friends.
