After I evaluated four different solar companies, I decided to go with Semper Solaris because they offered high performance panels with best warranty in business at a competitive price. The sales visit was a comfortable experience, I did not feel any pressure to make the decision too soon. Also, very important for me was their great customer reviews.

My point of contact Laura Vargas and my project manager Anthony McHale did a great job keeping me informed with the project timeline. The installation crew worked clean an efficient installing my 8 panels in one day. I liked that they matched the electrical piping with my home exterior color. After everything was installed, they followed up to make sure everything was working correctly. Paperwork and integration with the utility company was taken care of by Semper Solaris as well.

I highly recommend Semper Solaris to anyone looking to go solar!

I usually don't write reviews but this company earned it big time. We've been shopping around for solar for at least a year, went to a couple of companies and finally signed contract with a company that it is not even worth mention, who after wasting a lot of our valuable time with them did not honor the contract. so we gave up for a while. Wasn't until we found Semper Solaris. We though of giving them the opportunity. Man we made the right decision! Semper Solaris is one of the most if not the most professional, transparent, and customer service oriented company I have ever encounter. Soon after Signing contract with them at the lowest price we had ever seen on solar, they assigned us a Customer Care Officer named Laura Vargas who was always on top of things and answer every question we had. after two weeks we had our installation done by Shane and Perry, this guys were really professional and did an excellent job. They were very courteous and Shane actually took his time explaining everything they were going to do in detail. they finish the job in two days, (worth mention that it was a big solar system, about 33 panels) after that we just waited for Edison to give the OK to turn our solar system on and just like that, in about five weeks we have our solar power running. Thank God for companies like this, I highly recommend them, as a matter of fact I already have to my family members.

My journey started with evaluating eight different solar/roof companies last fall before deciding on Semper Solaris in November. I just received my permission to operate from Edison as they were severely backed up with applications.

For each phase on the project, Semper had a dedicated responsible manager providing support but it wasn't until the very end of the process which i was having the most issues with my city of residence and also with SC Edison. Rachel Korp took my project and personally saw it to the finish line after months of effort.

I could not thank her enough and I'm thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the entire Semper team, from the roofers, solar installers and behind the scene team, but mostly Rachel as she was methodical and relentless in making sure everything was being done by other parties needed for the completion of my project.

Brian performed an AC annual checkup. He arrived on time and began his surveillance of the equipment. He was knowledgeable about my installed system and equipment. He took time to fully explain the components of my system. The system is running as it was designed to.

David provided a thorough cleaning of our solar panels, along with our external A/C condenser unit and a replacement of our filters inside our home. He spent 3 hrs outside making sure every panel was clean and even cleaned out the inside of the condenser. When he was done outside, he made sure to check the type of filters needed and quickly picked them up at Home Depot. He spent 20 minutes showing me ~80 photos he took of the work he had done. He went above and beyond, as he also fixed several broken tiles on the roof which was not in scope for this job. David was both professional and friendly and I would highly recommend him. I will certainly contact Semper Solaris in the future for any work needed on our panels and A/C. Thank you David.

Miguel C arrived on time to troubleshoot the startup of our new solar battery backup system installed by Semper Solaris. He was great, he was especially patient with me (an old guy) as I am not digitally knowledgeable. He got the system working and got me connected with the Tesla app, walking me through the in’s and out’s of navigating with it. Miguel was respectful, considerate and easy to talk with about what things meant (like going on and off grid both the how and the why). Semper Solaris field employees have consistently exceeded my expectations as did Miguel.

Josh from Semper Solaris was super helpful in troubleshooting connection issues for monitoring power production from my solar panels.

Brian J was very friendly and professional during my annual service call. He inspected all units and cleaned the outside condenser for my mini split system. The efficiency of the product and the excellent customer service of the technicians continue to assure me that Semper Solaris was a great choice for my home heat/air needs.

Semper Solaris have been exceptional throughout the whole process of adding a power wall to my existing solar. The on site crew did an amazing job, worked hard, answered all my questions. Thank you team!

I had a great experience with Semper Solaris. I got solar panels installed soon after ordering them (about three weeks later). The installation took one day, and there were no problems or issues. Everything was done well from start to finish, including following up with me to ensure my satisfaction. I recommend them 100%.

Still waiting for that call back for roofing repairs. Rain keep coming, damage is still accruing. Integrity and Duty doesn't seem to be part of your culture and morals. Just want repairs done, due to poor instalation. Warranty don't mean anything if you have NO INTEGRITY!

I purchased solar panels and a back up battery from this company, they are fast to respond for sales and now that I need service they a hard to get them to come out! Buyer beware. My transponder is no longer working so I can't tell if each panel is working, they said they would get someone out. Its been 4 months! I hope this review helps them do better for service not just sales.

Regarding my TESLA Solar Batteries, 1st phone contact was good. But Semper has not started the necessary repairs yet. I am a past and present customer of Semper Solaris… my past experience has been more than excellent. Even referred them to my daughter who also installed solar panels… I have no concerns with the battery issue and expect a complete and satisfactory service…

Gil from Semper Solaris introduced me to SCE SGIP program which saved a large chunk of $ on my home solar project. I'd meet with sales people from 3 different companies and they new nothing. Gil, on first meeting me accessed the situation and said I might qualify for the grant. Now I have 36 panels and 3 Tesla batteries running grid free and it only cost me 1/3. Semper Solaris installers were professional and kept me updated thru the installing process. I would highly recommend them.
