Raul Gomezs' service was outstanding. Once I explained my problem of non functioning outlets in my kitchen and outside patio, he responded with input that gave me a feeling of comfort for resolution. After his analysis, he gave me some alternatives to decide on. He was very cordial, professional and knowledgeable. I have a good feel to determine if someone knows what they're talking about and Raul is solid. I was very impressed. I would recommend him to anyone needing electrical services. We have an older home and had some problems with our ac unit. After calling an ac company they told us we had no electricity going to the unit and we would need to get an electrician. We called Express Electrical and they came out the same day and gave us a quote. We decided to fix what we needed to get the ac back on. I was a little unsure about the pricing and was going to cancel the next day when work was start. Then Adam showed up to do the work and was kind, knowledgeable, patient and professional.After speaking with him I felt more comfortable with our choice and had them do the work. He showed us everything that he found and explained it in a way we could understand. Our main electrical line had arched and we were very fortunate we didn’t have a fire. Adam and Jose fixed it in a timely manner and were informative and professional. After finishing the project we decided to upgrade the wiring in our house and bring it to current code and prevent any future problems. We had the pleasure of having Adam do the work again, as well as Cory, JC, Jesse, and Sergio. A plan was developed to do what we needed to make our house safe and fit within our budget. I want to express that it was the quality of Electrical Express’s electricians that made us continue with the second job and add more items along the way, like the garage wiring and recessed lighting. These men really knew what they were doing and we knew we could trust them! They went above and beyond and we have an 8-10 year warranty on all the work!! Thank you Electrical Express for making us feel safe again and having high quality, reliable, knowledgeable people working for you! And a special thank you to Adam for all your hard work and dealing with us, you are awesome and we would not have done all this without your knowledge and expertise! You are an Electrical Rockstar!! Wallace helped us out when our electrical box stopped working. Of course, this happened in 90+ degree weather and we couldn’t get air conditioning. Luckily, Wallace was fast, efficient and friendly and the problem was repaired in less than one day. He also made sure to get the air working right away so we could sleep comfortably before he completed his work the following morning. He presented very professionally and I would highly recommend using him.

Very Impressed!!! Wallace Mejia, the licensed electrician, was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and meticulous. He was patient with us and our millions of questions and concerns. Wallace assessed our entire home, including the garage, for proper installation of my existing electrical panel and electrical wiring. He unscrewed most, if not all, of our outlets and checked for proper and up to code wiring. He even fixed a couple of minor wiring issues in a couple of our outlets for free. He said, “I wouldn’t feel good leaving knowing I didn’t fix that minor yet hazardous issue.” At the end of the assessment, Wallace tailored 6 different quotes to meet our specific needs. We had many options to choose from. I highly recommend this company in general and Wallace in particular.

Jesse and team upgraded our panel and added a 240v outlet for a car charger. Jesse evaluated our request and gave us a few options to fit our budget. Jesse collaborates with his team and they get to work quickly. Their work is clean, efficient, and impeccably done. The price includes everything needed to complete the job, no surprises. Worked with Jesse on 2 prior electrical projects at our home, recommend him to anyone in the area.

Adam Anderson came out a few times for some issues at our property in Huntington Beach. He was very patient and professional the entire time. Have me a few different cost options and we were able to fully troubleshoot the issues and he gave. Will certainly be using their services again

Ken Roland was amazing. Such great customer service. It was a simpler fix than we originally thought but he didn't make us feel bad about our lack of knowledge. I would definitely recommend him to others. Great job Ken! You saved our fridge full of groceries.

morning, explained the situation and work began. George knew what to
do and what equipment was needed. He led his crew of Jesse, Felix,
Hector, and Rene with skill and concern to get top work done. He was
impressive. His crew was enthusiastic, showed pride in their work,
and respect for us. The three required inspections passed with no
problem. The inspectors commented to us on the especially good work
that had been done. George was perfection in managing the job and
getting the work done on time. I was very happy and highly recommend
George for quality of work and his pride in getting a top quality job

I’ll be honest with you, I typically do not post unless I truly believe it’s worth it. Unfortunately, my good friend who is an electrician was unavailable but I feel as if I was fortunate enough to meet a gentleman name Wallace. His positive disposition, demeanor, and attitude made me feel comfortable. Not only was he professional, he was courteous and knowledgeable. I always am a little leery when it comes to a large company services because I believe it’s important to support the local person. However, in the situation, meeting Wallace, definitely made me feel like I got a chance to meet someone that I feel would be a friend. Saul is astounding! He is a determined, hard worker. He makes sure the job is done right, and consistently keeps the customer properly informed. Saul doesn’t keep you waiting. If Saul says he will be there at 1pm; he’ll be there at 1pm. Saul doesn’t rush his work. He is very diligent, thorough and educated on the subject. He’s THEE GUY you call when you have an electrical problem.

Oren the electrician was awesome. From start to finish he was incredibly professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend Oren for any job you are considering. You will not be disappointed.

JR is knowledgeable and has a lot of experience because he explained to me the reasons to refurbish my panel that caused me to do it, in order to prevent any future hazards and fires. JR got he job done before the time he estimated and he was very kind and sociable which made me feel confident in him being honest and giving me a good price. J.R. offered me several options and did not pressure me into choosing which option I should do by making me think I was gonna be skimping on the work that was necessary to make my home safe. He reassured me that his price and work came with a 30 month warranty if anything goes wrong later. Overall I had a very good experience with Express Electrical and I recommend them to anybody who wants quality work done by a professional. Thanks to Express Electrical and JR I can sleep good knowing that my circuit panel wont be hazardous anymore and more importantly, won't cause a fire.

We need to have more people like Wallace. He is super duper friendly and professional electrician. He did a very good job in installing an electrical sub panel at my house. Really happy to know him and highly recommend him. Express Electrical Services should hire more technician like him. Totally happy and satisfied with his work. Great person. JR was our electrician and if I could give more stars I would. The company texted me a picture ahead of time and gave me updates on when the electrician would arrive/if they were running behind from another call. Very communicative which is super helpful. JR arrived on time and was so patient going through our financing options and helping us choose the right plan. After a few different tries for financing we were unfortunately denied. We thanked him for his time, and he left. About 2 minutes later he called and said he might have one more option and actually turned around and came back. It was then night time, but he helped us find a plan that worked. After approval we were able to get started the next day and it was completed in 2 days! We did a panel upgrade, outlets getting moved around, new lights installed. Herman came in too and did an incredible job on the drywall. You would never know there was a hole in the wall. I 100% plan on calling JR for any electrical things in the future and highly recommend this company.

They really do provide another level of service. The workers were professional and friendly, especially our technician Carlos, their gear and clothes were well cleaned, and the installation was done neatly and efficiently. They kept us up to date on every step of the process and I felt very well taken care of. Even when the inspector came he commented on a job well done and only had two small issues that needed correcting. I would definitely go directly to them for any of my needs in the future.

Great experience from the beginning when I spoke to Nancy who was able to get me an appointment within two hours. Wallace came out and evaluated a complex situation and began work immediately and finished the next day. I would highly recommend this company and their great employees Nancy and Wallace. I will definitely be using them on all my future projects.

Even though my appointment was reschedule to the next day somehow, nobody was available at the time of my appointment. However, Carlos who was taking care of a different customer near my house came soon after his job and solved my problem even though it was almost 6pm. He was very polite, honest, and well-trained nice guy. I really recommend Carlos Gonzales. I'm very satisfied with his job !

Very reliable. Contacting them went smooth and then they showed up. Very professional, courteous and explained all the details. My problem was a bit more involved being the issue related outside of my home causing problems inside related to my property managment. It got directed correctly to get it taken cared of.
