Érica and her team have been doing an amazing job with every order we request, she acknowledge every order we send her out, sometimes we even send her orders past 5:00pm (the store closes at 5pm) and she still manages to get the order for the next day delivery, amazing, outstanding, phenomenal job! Oren showed up on time was polite and helpful, It was very confusing because I had just purchased a new hybrid plug in and didn't know what kind of outlet I needed. Oren helped me research not just the parts he was installing, but also the kind of charger I needed to purchase. He was truly helpful and when he left the job was completed and everything was tidy and put back together...nice job!
