I can’t say enough about the quality of work this company provides! I had a scary experience with my outlet sparking and smoking. The technician who came was able to figure out the problem, and we came to find that we could have easily had a fire in our house if it hadn’t been fixed. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem and give me and my family peace of mind. Thank you Express Electric! Keep doing an awesome job and having great customer service! 5 stars all the way!!

Oren! You are the best ever! I will always go to you for future maintenance or projects! Oren helped us with some electrical and getting hot water in our commercial property in Santa Fe springs, ca. He answered all my questions and was never rushed with getting me off the phone. He treated me awesome, fair price, sent before and after pictures and made me so happy that I chose him for the job. I had a great experience with Express Electrical. The website and over-the-phone customer service was very good. Raul was the technician who came out to perform the work. Raul was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. In spite of it being a rainy day, he did not mind doing what was necessary outside to diagnose and fix my issues. Raul was great to work with.

Robert arrived promptly and was professional from the get go. I had trouble shot my electrical issue just prior to his arrival. All was good when he arrived. He was very courteous and after I explained, he went on his way; no issue; no attitude. Based on my brief contact, I would definitely use their services for any future electrical work.

I am not the usual type to write a review about a business but I am satisfied from the work that was done today at our house. Raul came to our house to fix our electricity problem and did an amazing job. He came on time and had patience to make sure it was done correctly. Easily scheduled a 14-50 installation. JR was very professional. My only issue is the price as they are expensive (at least I think so), but that’s what you pay for professionalism and ease of scheduling. If you are on a budget and don’t have an emergency, look elsewhere.

EDIT: I was wondering why my Tesla mobile charger kept saying that the wall was to hot and slowing down my rate. After doing research online, it seems like Express Electric installed a cheap $10 14-50 socket which is not meant for constant EV charging. There are special 14-50 sockets with a car symbol on it to note that it's meant for EV charging which are a bit more - like $50. When I contacted them about fixing this, they didn't answer. Clearly, you should not be able to trust them to do the right thing.

I had Express Electrical Services place several light fixtures in my home. They are professional, polite, and their pricing is much more reasonable than other companies I have looked into. They are fast and their work is exceptional. My home looks amazing after they worked on it and I look forward to working with them again in the future. I highly recommend this business!

The technician Saul was the best and am very glad we went ahead and had recessed lighting installed. He was very responsive, explained and answered all my and my husband's questions. We are happy with the results. 5 stars all around!

From the beginning of my experience with the dispatcher late one night in an emergency, all the way through to the repairs, everyone has been professional and kind. Especially Wallace, who was very patient answering all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. They also worked with me on the financing. I absolutely recommend them!

Our technician Wallace was very professional and communicative. He came the same day that I called to make and appointment and fixed the issue. He left our garage cleaner that it was when he got in it. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure everything was taken care of.

Felix was fantastic! Very professional and fast. He got right to work on my electrical problems and solved them. He was also excellent about walking me through the cause of each issue and making sure I understood it before he made it like new! Great guy! After spending a lot of time finding an electrician who would do small jobs at my home, I ended up with Express Electrical. I was apprehensive about getting a contractor on line. My electrical problems were dealt with in a professional, knowledgeable manner. I was able to get an appointment in one day. All is good. He even showed up on time and the cost was very reasonable.

Explained to her I was on a time crunch, she clearly communicated the estimated arrival time and the technician was dispatched. Daniel was prompt and efficient. Showed up on time, troubleshoot the issue, gave me an estimate and completed the job in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again.

Wallace was very prompt and very courteous. Once the problem was diagnosed, I realized it was my own fault and there was nothing electrical to be done. The company was more than fair and I definitely will call Express Home Service next time we have an electrical issue. Such fairness and honesty is a rare treat and I cannot say enough about Wallace.

We had issues getting our smart switches to work, so we called up Express electrical Services on a Friday night to schedule the earliest appointment. Wallace came and fixed the problem and even talked my boyfriend through this mistakes (thanks, Wallace! :) in less than 30 minutes. He was even super kind with our dog who was sniffing around while he worked. I highly recommend their services!
