We had Brian come out to service our home. Sprayed outside, and also had the house checked for termites. Luckily, we didn’t have termite problems , however , our home was sprayed for outdoor bugs, and a bait box set for mice in our fruit trees. I would definitely recommend Relentless Pest Solutions for any and all of your needs. Whether it be termites or bed bugs, Brian’s company will be my go to.

They gassed gophers with people and pets around. Then left behind the poison for animals and children to find in public park.

I did not use them. The city used them at the beach.

Took my dog collar and took my dog license
I requested back and he wasn't happy about it
Why he was taking it not sure
Why he did it not sure but wasn't nice
I told him I will report this to the company and he just drove away
Is this the company we suppose to trust in our neighborhood?

The service given by these individuals was not professional at all. Hart Park is a family friendly place where many can do as they please especially in this pandemic. The proper way to keep the place looking alive is by keeping it clean not be throwing cigarette buds in the grass where someone's doggo can pick it up. Also the individuals that worked on Thursday 21, 2021 seem to not care of their jobs because they were just walking around and simply picking up or cleaning parts to demonstrate some productive was occuring. Would not hire these people at all.

Trucks continue to park illegally blocking the lane and causing near accidents. I've asked them a dozen times to park legally as they are risking people's safety but they ignore me.

I've handed this to the OC Sheriff and will call them when this happens so your trucks are ticketed. They did it again this week, but I'll also reach out to the city to make sure they are aware when they renew your contract.

This continues to happen and calling Nieves doesn't make a lick of difference. They ignore you in person and on the phone.

I'm a former US Vet and local college student, who fell right in front of a Shell station on Tamarack and W. Central Ave in Brea on my lunch break and lost my wallet and keys. 3 crew members from this company witnessed my fall which was 5 feet from their parked truck. I asked the gentleman later if they had picked up or seen my belongings and they denied. What they didn't know is I have a tracker, and I had to file a report with Brea PD about the belongings that I lost. Had an owner of the business they park their truck in pull footage showing them. A couple hours after I got off I found some other woman's credit card laying the grass less than 3 feet from where their truck was parked as well. Went to their company site in Santa Ana and the employees were unhelpful. Tony, the Brea supervisor l, aids in theft for US vets instead of doing the humanly thing especially during the holidays. Multiple other reviews on Yelp have showed this company and their crew members have taken things from neighborhoods.

DO NOT BY ANY MEANS CONTRACT WITH THEM IF THEY CANT HOLD THEIR EMPLOYEES ACCOUNTABLE!

Probably one of the worst “companies” in Orange County. They’ll take your money but if you want the work done you must call/email and complain then they’ll come out even though they’re paid for weekly/monthly service. And when they do work it’s half ass, sloppy awful work at best. Just had your car detailed? They could care less to use gas powered leaf blowers all over/around it covering it in dirt and chipping your paint. Communicating this to them yields no response cause they could care less as long as they can keep stealing money from you!

"As much as I'd like to believe anything you've written history has proven it to be complete BS. This has been going on for YEARS and your assurances that this is not the way you do business is about as empty as baseless as your performance. We've already addressed the issue through our POA. Your lack of consistent appearances at the properties your paid to maintain cause a backlog of work. When that backlog is addressed with half-ass effort you get properties covered in dirt/dust and employees cars covered in the same debris. The only hope I have anymore is someone sues you for the damage your causing and you change your processes"
