I live in Irvine, unfortunately our management picked this horrible company few years back, away from the first year, afterwards poor quality job, not clean up the green belt properly, only clean front of the board members house, barely clean out other trails , the sprinkler system is awful and inefficient, their trimming ended up literally killing tens of decades old trees after their last effort, based on the pricing from what our management provides(which itself is a disaster) also appears to be not right for the poor job they do.

I live at 26161 Del Ray mission viejo and I would like to know why you guys don’t come over here and cut my grass and clean this property up this is terrible over here you guys do a lousy job you came over and picked a couple weed I had weeds at we’re going above my head taller than me this place is disgusting since December you’ve only cut the grass maybe twice you’re the worst company that is if you can explain why you don’t do it I’m gonna make sure that you get fired

I left all of the details, address, community, and phone number in the email I sent earth co yesterday. No one acknowledged or responded to my email. I tried calling yesterday, but you were closed and your answering service did not provide an opportunity to leave a voicemail or take a message.
