Contracted through American Homeshield. They came out same day, during the pandemic, on a hot Thursday. I'd use them again. Xavier was very professional and so was the office administration.

Most unprofessional, cancels appointment last minute on a Friday at the end of the day. Won't provide a reschedule unless a week out. Lied about their contacting warranty company. Stay away from this company !1

JASON lied to me for days telling me they would send a bid to my insurance company to repair my HVAC system. He never did and I sweltered in a heat wave for a week. I finally had to go elsewhere for my repair. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

This company is so unprofessional they waste your time and make you wait for days and days will ignoring your calls to complete your job. The only reason I even went with them was because my insurance company contracted them. They completed my heater job in summer after I called them in January.
