Just got my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. After a 3-bathroom remodeling project our home was filled with construction dust and this cleaning was just what the doctor ordered. Diamond was able to squeeze me in the same day I called to avoid me having to wait until the following week. Waiting would have been an issue because using the A/C would throw the dust around just after a very thorough deep-cleaning of the entire house! Paul showed up on time, described the work to be done and got right to work. During the cleaning, he pointed out issues with my A/C filter size and dryer vent offset elbow that were causing inefficiencies with the air flow and lint build-up in the duct. He also showed me the huge amount of lint that had clogged the dryer duct. He suggested removal of the vent offset elbow, and did it as a courtesy.

Their technician (Mac) came out ASAP to fix our air conditioner which was out in the middle of July with temperatures approaching the 90s. Very professional, competent and efficient and was able to fix the issue immediately. Also explained some of the finer points of the A/c unit. Much appreciated!
