We hired Clearview Landscaping to replace our old lawn with a low maintenance landscaping design. They handled every step efficiently and made it a stress free experience for us. Best of all, the end result is stunning. We could not be any happier.

We bought our condo in April with the back patio having bark/mulch on the majority of it and a small patch of gravel cement. We never used it and thought about making some updates ourselves but really had no tools or the expertise. We made the decision to go with Clearview Landscaping for the updates and it was definitely the right choice!

Chris and his team coordinated everything saving us the hassle and a lot of time. The design team came out and discussed our vision then gave us a design that showed our space’s potential but also could be scaled to stay on budget. They coordinated a tree removal, added drainage to ensure the project’s integrity, and installed everything in a way to make a future fence replacement easy. His team showed up and worked diligently for 2 weeks to demolish, prep, and install pavers and turf. There were a lot of logistics that weren’t easy but his team figured it out. There is a high level of effort required for this work and the Clearview team followed through. I witnessed their attention to detail, precision, and the care they took to produce quality work. I am grateful every day that we went with professionals.

We now have an outdoor space that is an extension of our home. We are so grateful to the team at Clearview for creating a space we love more and more every day!

Clearview designed and remodeled my backyard. The project included removing, recessing and replacing a retaining wall, laying a flagstone patio, adding steps to my small orchard to pick fruit, and planting of drought tolerant plants. They were a wonderful partner to have in the design process lending decades of experience and honest feedback and suggestions when needed. Highly recommend!

Great company. Everyone at Crestview was awesome: Chris, Danny, Kevin, Bonnie, Emilio, Charlie and Pablo. No inconveniences to getting out of my property. The fence installed was EXACTLY how I wanted. We got artificial grass suggested by Clearview which was a great idea for getting rid of the smell of dog pee.

Clearview was great to work with. Chris, Danny, Kim, Kevin, & the local onsite Team led by Danny and Josue were very helpful and diligent with the project. The scope of the project took some additional time to complete and the details were ironed out. The communication was important to me and they delivered. I liked that they cleaned up the job site each day, showed up on time and worked with everyday onsite with focus and detail. The Team helped collaborate on design elements and shared different ways to approach the project and overall aesthetics of the landscape project. Our family project included hardscaping, walkways, a patio area, grading, irrigation, landscape, turf installation, new fence + gates, exterior lighting, parkways, and other elements extensively. I enjoyed working with Clearview and would work with them again on future projects. I would continue to be focused on outlining the scope of the project, timeline of completion, materials, costs, etc. Overall, when working with a GC and landscape company, or any business, you want trust and competency, as well as clear communication and timelines. Clearview delivered.

Fantastic workers. Two men showed up at my door bright and early Saturday morning to clear my overgrown backyard. They took their time and did it right. They were very professional, and very precise. Thanks guys

I'm So glad the PM where I live hired SB Evolution. The people are friendly, and cooperative. The best word I could use to sum it up is conscientious. It's not my place to instruct them on what I want done, but they accommodate my requests where possible, and keep our place looking great.

They are awesome. They run a very thorough run-trough of the property and they advice what is best for the specific landscape. They planted two trees for me and took care of a few plants. They are quick, on time and very efficient with their time! Highly Recommended!

Overpriced and the quality is not great. Everything is a la carte with this business. Had a lot of the plants and trees on my property breakdown on their watch. Their solution was to charge extra prices to fix the situation when they were already paid to maintain them. Not to mention, they are not very organized, as I would have to request something multiple times before it got done, usually. Overall, for the inflated prices they charge, it is just not worth it.

I recently hired SB Evolution to manage weeds in our backyard, trim back citrus trees, and repair the irrigation system and was extremely pleased with the work and their professionalism throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company!

I have been using SB Evolution for more than year and am very satisfied with their professionalism. A crew of 3 arrives weekly and takes care of my lawns and weeds & cleans around the outside of the house so I can use the time to address larger issues.

Good: Friendly, courteous people
Bad: Undertrained. Our experience:
Schedule: Agreed on a likely week (but not day), then with no further contact the crew showed up on a Wednesday. No confirmation, no checking specific days.
Performance: Installers apparently didn’t know about drip-lines for trees, so all tree-circle tubing is close to the trunks. As well, nozzles are angled down and in, minimizing coverage area. To repair, I’ll have to splice and re-lay every tree. The number of nozzles doesn’t correspond to tree size (4 for a 4’ tree, 3 for a 20’ tree). Support for the monitors is not well-staked; I’ll have to re-stake. I asked for hose access, which is a nozzle tee available anywhere, but the system was directly attached to the faucet without hose access. The tubing popped off the controller, which fortunately I heard shortly after it happened so I could turn off the water. SBEL came up the next day and repaired it. (The original installers hadn’t used any pipe tape). Then we left on vacation and the tubing came off again, leaving the faucet running full-blast for nearly a day. (No metal clamps?) Fortunately a neighbor came and turned off the water.
Summary: The errors were those of inadequate training. Not the fault of the workers, but not acceptable in getting the job done, at least if ‘getting the job done’ means ‘not having to redo almost all of it yourself.’ I want to repeat that the people were nice (thus the 2nd star).

Follow up: After posting this the SBEL people were active in trying to reach me and offering to repair the problem. I wanted to see it first, and was thousands of miles away. Back home now, the tubing came off in the exact place it had been 'repaired.' And, the other connections are lacking even the plumbing tape that was meant to fix the detachment. I'll fix it myself, I think. But -- they are good people. Training, training, training,

Second follow up: Gracious reply by SBEL owner, and I'm glad to hear about the training completions. In repairing the installation I found (a) no regulator was used (a pressure reduction device, maybe $15-$17, standard part of most installations, esp with the high water pressure we have); and, (b) the 'improvised' setup to cover the full area could be replaced, in about an hour, with an inexpensive PVC line for a much more stable and resilient solution.

My original post stands: good people, in my case VERY inadequately trained; and the owner both responded generously and reports the training problem rectified.

This firm was recommended to me by a leading local nursury. They exceeded my expectations. Jorge, the CEO promptly respoded to my phone call and quickly produced a detailed proposal. I found their prices fair and their work was very high quality. I will use them again.
