I contacted a number of companies for a major clean up in our new Santa Barbara home before deciding to go with Jorge and the crew at SB Evolution Landscape--am I am very, very happy that I did! We have 1/3 of an acre with oaks, cactus, succulents, tropical plants, ivy, dead trees, numerous invasive plants, and more, that was suffering from years of neglect. We were ready to move forward with new landscaping but needed to tear out and clean out before getting started (we are doing the bulk of the work ourselves). At our initial meeting, Jorge was punctual, polite and responsive. He listened to our plans for the garden and offered clear solutions on how to attain them. Once we finished our long and thorough walk through, he went through the yard a second time to take notes. His provided a very detailed and fair quote the following day. His crew arrived today and they did a tremendous job in the sweltering heat of one of the hottest days of the year. Not only did they tackle the though jobs (removing numerous prickly pears and very old, stubborn tree stumps), they even took the time to pick up stray weeds and bits of roots/sticks as they worked. They had fantastic attention to detail. At the end of a very long work session, the foreman asked me to walk through the property to ensure they had done everything we asked. When I pointed out a couple of oversights (there was a lot to keep track of!), they quickly took care of it. He even had me walk through a second time to make sure we were happy. Finally, when they must have been exhausted, they took another 45 minutes to clean up. A superb effort by the entire crew! Bravo and thank you to Jorge and his crew. Gabby in the office was also very polite and easy to work with. Thank you!

Jorge's crew is thorough, conscientious, and detailed. I have been using his services for 2 years and have been very happy with the results. So happy in fact, that I have referred him to numerous family members and friends.

Benito is excellent at getting your yard in order and leaving it for the maintenance crew to take over. Jorge is a phone call away and makes himself immediately available for suggestions and feedback.

Being new the the West Coast, I wanted to find a landscaping company with a great understanding of how to choose the best landscape design and plants for the climate. A neighbor recommended SB Evolution Landscape, so I hired them right away. When we spoke on the phone, they were friendly and professional. We made the decisions we needed to make, and the crew arrived a few days later to begin the work on my new home.

The crew that came were great; very friendly, and they double checked on anything that wasn't totally clear. They were efficient and their skill was evident. It's not often that you meet a company that is professional and pleasant all around, but these guys are fantastic. They are so good at what they do!

I've now been using them for a few months, and they have continued to be reliable, easy to work with, and they deliver quality work each and every time. I would definitely recommend them to others in the area.

I've been using SB evolution for about 3 years now. Jorge is always honest and upfront with things his team can get done. Communication with the company is great. We have a large 2.5 acre property and Jorge and his team have done various jobs on it. From irrigation to tree trimming, to removing large amounts of plant waste. Jorge is very committed to customer satisfaction, his office team is professional and the landscape crew are hardworking and provide personalized care. SB Evolution has been responsive to all of my needs, whether it be a billing question or an irrigation issue, response time is prompt, needs gets addressed and the job always gets done well. Jorge is very invested in ensuring customers are satisfied and quality work is being done. He runs a great business with good people.

The owner showed up exactly at the scheduled time, looked at the project I requested, analyzed the situation in detail and gave me an exact quote right there. We scheduled a day for his workers to show up and that day at the exact time he scheduled, three very kind and hardworking gentlemen got to work. I needed a patio drain system, which seemed relatively simple in my mind but they gave the whole issue a great deal of thought so I ended up with an excellent drain system. As you can tell by my review, I am extremely impressed by this company. The price of the work was very fair and, to my surprise we even got a box of chocolates and a bunch of flowers to thank us for our business (who ever heard of that??). Needless to say, we will call them again for any future garden projects and will strongly recommend them to our friends.

I've been using SB Evolution Landscape for five years now and I've been very happy with them. They've taken on a couple of big projects for me as well as twice monthly maintenance. Couldn't ask for better customer service!

The service and care provided by SB Evolution Landscape has been exceptional. The skilled and knowledgeable staff did a general cleanup at our recently purchased home and installed a new irrigation system. They took time to insure that the jobs were done properly and that all cuttings and debris were removed from the property. Communication was excellent before, during, and at the completion of the work. All members of the team were invariably pleasant and upbeat. It was a pleasure to work with Jorge and all the folks on the team.

I contacted SB Evolution Landscape recently to diagnose and fix an issue with my lawn irrigation system. They traced the problem quickly, and were able to schedule a team to visit and fix the issue promptly. The company really seems to put a strong emphasis on customer service - the team were super friendly and informative, and followed up with very clear information on what needed to be done. I am very happy to recommend the company as a whole.

Update 9/3/2022: We had SB Evolution come out to improve our backyard with new areas of turf where we did not want to water anything, and fix all the irrigation to the plants. It came out great. Now water is only going where it needs to, they took care of everything, and the project came out great. Samuel and team were really helpful and did a great job. Thank you.
