Very positive experience with Branch Out Tree Care. We had an initial visit to discuss what we wanted done to our Chinese Elm and Japanese Maple trees. On the day of the service, the crew showed up on time, were very professional, and did an A+ job of trimming and thinning our trees. When they left, our back yard was immaculate. Would use again and highly recommend.

In addition to the exceptional service from everyone at Branch Out including responsiveness, timeliness, efficiency, and reliability, the two fellows who arrived on time, Graham & Braulio, are at the top of their game. Quick, fast, engaging…the superlatives go on. Branch Out definitely worth 5 stars.

We had an unusual tree problem. Our really huge pepper tree had collapsed, which caused it to come crashing down on our patio, covering the entire area. The thing was shaped like a giant curved wishbone, and the two main parts of it were suspended by the shattered base of the tree, and one of the wings was right up against our back slider. We had one reputable tree service take a look, and it was so precariously balanced and huge that they basically said they couldn't handle it. But David from Branch Out looked at it carefully, and thought it through, and came up with a plan. He brought three skilled tree people out, and the four of them set up lots of protection for our house before they even started. Then they worked really hard, and one of the owners of the business even came out to help. We watched every step, and they were so skilled and so careful that it was pretty amazing. In the end, they had taken care of the whole thing, and cleaned everything up to perfection. And they were all so nice! I recommend this company without any reservation. They are the best we have ever used!

Mason came out and provided an estimate the same day I called. He was very clear on the scope and particulars of the work. The next morning He, Ryan and Jesus arrived, went over the work and then Ryan and Jesus proceeded to complete the job in just a few hours. They were all clean, professional and did a wonderful job. My Brazilian Pepper, Stone Pine and Yucca have never looked better. They cleaned up so well, you would never know they were there.

Ivan and Ronald did fantastic work on our persimmon tree. Due to the large and heavy load of fruit this year, one big branch broke last week but Branch Out came out on Friday, trimmed back the tree and defruited the branches we wanted cut. Great clean up. Sal who came out originally to look at the tree is great too! Thanks guys! They make you feel like family. Highly recommend.

We've been using Branch Out for the trees around our home for several consecutive years. Sal walks the property everytime, prior to doing the work, to make sure everything will be trimmed exactly as we want it. They are meticulous with clean-up and always careful around our plants. Great crews.

Always the best. Crew communicated with me and were knowledgeable and efficient even sweeping up the area (more than just their cuts) after the trees were trimmed. I’ve used Branch Out 3 times and will do so again. Senior discount and mailbox coupons help too!

We have used Branch Out for many years and are constantly impressed from initial walk through with Sal, to completion and clean up. The recent work done was exemplary-the care and attention to each tree (14 of them!) and our hedge was completed perfectly. The crew were attentive, did a follow up walk around, and clean up was thorough.

I’ve used Branch Out Tree Care twice, each time they have been great. Their pricing is very competitive locally but the service is what really sets them apart. From scheduling to taking down two large pines, trimming up others on property I was impressed. They walked area beforehand to see any sprinklers or other infrastructure and note them for protection. Nearby garages were protected beforehand as well. After the job was complete the cleanup was very thorough, you couldn’t tell we had trees taken down when they left. Having used several companies over the years glad my last two times have been with them, and they will continue to be my first call in future.

We just had a tree removed from our back yard that needed to be removed unfortunately due to part of it had already fallen.
We had “Branch Out Tree Care” remove it! they did an excellent job as well as clean up.The crew was great! We highly recommend this tree company, professional, friendly and caring people.

The crew was very professional and did excellent, high quality work. Very thorough clean up. Amongst other maintenance, I had two mature canary island palms tended to that were long overdue. The crew used a cherry picker truck to safely and carefully remove dozens of the lethal fronds without damage or incident. I recommend branch out.
