I'm very glad we went with Garage Lions for our garage remodel project.

One of the main reasons we went with Garage Lions (vs other options) is they are related to a general construction business (Barcadon), and could handle the variety of work we wanted to get done: slab repair and new flooring, new cabinets, slat wall, new garage door and opener, EV charger installation. It was great to work with a single point of contact for all this work, instead of needing to arrange and coordinate across different companies and contractors.

The work was all high quality and built to last. It's a huge improvement over what we had before, and it feels like we're walking into someone else's garage because it's so different now.

We had a very unusable garage, no insulation, hazard from exposed wiring and nails, water leaked when raining, etc. It couldn't be used for anything other than storing a car.
Parviz offered us a solution for everything in a single package (including a new garage door and custom cabinets through other companies).
Now we have a garage that we are happy to use everyday and we can actually use to store our things without them getting dirty or damaged.
The interior of the garage is exactly as we desired, drywalls all around, attic storage with ladder, epoxy floor covering, one door raised and replaced, with steps, and another one changed for a wide window.
For the exterior side, the stucco replacement was great by the new window side, with color matching the previous one. The only thing we were not totally satisfied with was the finishing beneath the raised door, which was not totally aligned and looked a bit weird with the mix of wood and cement beneath the door.
Overall, we were satisfied with the work and would recommend it, just try to make sure you cover all the details when discussing the project, specially if you are a detail oriented person.

We are so happy with the results Parviz delivered! From the start of the project he made it clear that he’d keep working on the project until everything was exactly as we wanted it, and he lived up to his word. Even as we saw intermediate progress and got new ideas along the way, Parviz always worked with us to make sure those new requests were integrated into the project and any concerns were promptly addressed.

One great aspect of the project was the team of various sub-contractors. Our remodel involved electrical work, re-painting, epoxy flooring, and custom cabinetry, and we interacted with the different teams both directly and through Parviz. They all did excellent work and went the extra mile for us to get the details and finishing touches just right. We really appreciated the care they put into their craft! In the end, we got our dream garage, exactly as we had imagined it, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

TBS has been my go to place when I need quality work done at my house. They have done plumbing work multiple times and it has always been outstanding. Cost of appliances and timelines have always been communicated to me ahead of time. Most recently they repaired extensive damage done by a water leak. Damage extended across three floors all the way to the basement and ruined my heater. TBS worked with my insurance and the city to make sure all the work was done up to the latest standards. They tested for mold and asbestos and replaced all the damaged structures and appliances. Multiple crews worked together to complete the work and I was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend their services.

The work included a new electrical sub panel, water softener installation, garage side motor installation, 3 layers of epoxy flooring, insulation on both the walls and ceiling, as well as drywall and painting. He also handled the city permits and inspections, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free for us. Everything was completed with great attention to detail and high quality workmanship. The garage looks clean, modern, and very functional now. Parviz is professional, reliable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy general contractor.

We just finished our garage remodel and we’re are so happy with the finished product! We had a very old unfinished garage that gets very hot in the summer heat and cold in the winter. It was dark and you couldn’t see when doing laundry.
Parviz made getting a quote easy. He started the job promptly.
Parviz kept close watch of the job site and job progress. His right hand man Emanuel is very skilled and took pride in his work. His craftsmanship is beautiful. He kept the work site very clean. I would recommend keeping a detailed checklist of your wants and review those so that you get exactly what you want. Especially if you are super picky like me. The garage took a bit longer than a month due to my finishes taking a bit longer to be delivered. But Parviz and his team always made sure we received what we wanted and that we were satisfied.
The garage is now a spot you can hang out, park or do laundry extremely comfortably.
