Moore Barbi General Contractor, including their team members Rachel and Debbie, has shown incredibly unprofessional behavior. We have two unpaid invoices (#1096 and #1111) from 2.23.24, and they haven’t made any effort to pay up. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, we’ve been completely IGNORED. We have all the proof of the work we did and our attempts to communicate with them. This review is my last-ditch effort to get a response and some resolution. Think twice before working with this contractor—you likely won’t get your payment! (

I had two weeks to complete major work on my home in time for an open house. My agent brought in Parviz of Barcadon to tackle the job. Parviz came back within hours with a quote that was very reasonable. His team was at my house within two days and over the next week and a half they transformed my 90-year old bungalow with wall repairs, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, electrical upgrades and fresh paint throughout. Wow....looked like a completely different home! And the transformation certainly paid off on the final selling price. I've used Barcadon Construction twice now, and the service is incredible. Paul(Parviz)  is super professional, responsive, and flexible. For the first time I used Barcadon Construction, the job was a bit complicated and the team did a seamless job. They are able to accommodate all sorts of specifications such as working around windows, frosted plexiglass at the top to let in natural light, etc.
My second project  - I have a rental property in San Francisco. I am very satisfied so even if I wish could give them 10 stars review. The current project was whole house remodeling (except kitchen and bathroom). They did such an amazing job so they deserve my appreciation and I owe them to write a review.

We spoke to several contractors but Parviz ( Baracadon Constructions) was very prompt in responding with a very competitive estimate over video conference. He explained to me what all entailed in the job to my satisfaction and the whole process was seamless. The team deployed for the job was very professional and understanding. There were very open to accommodate changes in timeline due to unprecedented reasons.
Parviz and team methodically approached the project and worked to deliver it well within our timeline. Whatever was quoted was what we ended up paying. Parviz was very responsive via text and phone and would also meet us in person whenever we asked.
