Made Simple team showed up on time, walked me through my whole system, and came in within budget on the initial review and light repair. They stayed late to be sure the light repair work was done same day.

I have never worked with a more professional and courteous company. They were on time, professional, respectful, and really worked with my family to get these repairs done. I’d recommend them to anyone who wants a great experience.

The team here is very knowledgeable and professional. Our AC developed an issue and I got initial diagnostics done by another company who gave us a quote for above $1000, recommending to change several components as they typically do. I called up made easy guys for second opinion, which ended up saving me few hundred bucks and getting the correct fix! Not only did they identify the exact part that's problematic (a capacitor in this case), they also quickly replaced it and walked me through the other potentially vulnerable parts that may need attention in the future. Overall, a great experience - i highly recommend them!

They were able to come out, do the work very acceptable. The person's name that did it was servando he was able to put our mind at ease, knowing that we could get it fixed. Servando from Made Simple Heating & Air came to our service appointment. We had a difficult HVAC electrical/thermostat issue to trouble shoot. He took the time to explain how our system operated and what he would be testing. After trouble shooting our issue, he determined it mostly is likely a weak circuit breaker in our subpanel. Servando was very honest and Made Simple Heating & Air did not charge me for testing my system. I was so impressed with his superior knowledge and customer service, I asked him to schedule me for upcoming maintenance service next spring. We recently had heat pump mini-splits installed by Made Simple, and our experience was outstanding. We interviewed eight different contractors, and Cesar’s quote is excellent. He also provided various financing options, including zero-interest rate loans and additional discounts for paying by credit card or check. Unlike others, he didn't try to upsell unnecessary services or equipment and patiently answered our countless questions.

A very professional and responsive outfit. They came to service my dead Nest thermostat a couple of hours after my original call. Sonny was thorough in his analysis, and came prepared with a new Nest Learning Thermostat 4th generation, which he installed and set up. They're a pleasure to work with!

We called Made Simple Heating and Air when our furnace broke, and they were here the next day with a brand new one to install. It was the smoothest experience we’ve ever had with home repairs. A year or 2 later that same furnace wasn’t turning on and they were able to walk us through the solution via the phone so my husband could fix it himself. They are quick and reliable and we’ll always use them for heating and air needs.

Made Simple really made my AC repair... simple! they were very quick to reach out and schedule an appointment, and the technician (Vando) arrived super promptly within 5 minutes of the start of the arrival window. They even had a website to track how far away the tech was, which was super helpful for me with kids so I could get the house a little tidied up ahead of time.

He was able to diagnose the issue with my airflow and get it fixed all under an hour. Would highly recommend these guys and will be my go-to in the future!
