Transpacific Building Maintenance is a first class organization! They are honest and have Integrity, I have been doing business with them for the last 6 years. It has been the most peaceful 6 years of my professional career. I have called Clint and the staff at the last minute more times than I can count, and they always deliver. I highly recommend TBM! I have a suite where Roger and Chase run the cleaning service in Santa Clara. I can tell you I have 100 locations around the country I manage and I wish they were at every property. I have them on speed dial and no matter what they are doing they pick up and answer and are always ready to jump on whatever you need and they take care of it right away. Chase has even done things for us that aren't his duty but he's helped out right away. These folks are the salt of the earth and anyone should be glad they have them on their team!
