Altos Building Maintenance is very responsive and quick to action especially with the Covid-19 pandemic. We have been using their janitorial and cleaning services for years and their quality and friendly service is as expected. Altos is a great source for your offices cleaning needs. We utilized them in Santa Clara up until the day we moved our office out of state. We were in contract with another building management/janitorial services before we switched to Altos.

We honestly thought we were getting decent service but after switching to Altos we realized there was no comparison. Right from our first meeting/walk through planning to finalizing our contract and starting regular services Chase and his team have been delivering everything they’ve promised. More so I appreciate the level of communication that we receive from the team which gives us confidence that they are spending the time to take care of the small details that our previous provider missed.

Altos Building Maintenance have been providing excellent maintenance service at the office building we are located. The workers from Altos are all friendly, diligent and professional. I will highly recommend their service.

We called Altos because we bought a retail store in thew Cambrian Park area and it needed a major cleaning. The carpet, floors and bathrooms were disgusting. The Altos crew came in on our closed day to accommodate our needs and performed a miracle! The carpets came clean a could be expected, but the real magic was on the linoleum floors and the bathrooms. The previous owner had put down throw rugs all over to cover the terribly dirty floor. He had used spray adhesive and double stick tape to keep the rugs in place. The Altos crew was able to get everything off of the floors and make our space look almost new!
And for a 35 year old bldg, that's a miracle! Altos won't disappoint!

It's been at least 1yr after my office signed with Altos and it's been great.

Clear communication is key and as long as both parties follow that, there hasn't been any issues or concerns that wasn't resolved.

Of course, when starting out, my office and Altos was just getting used to each other and learning but they were quick to improve when requested and provided solutions when concerns were raised.

Altos does a wonderful job with cleaning our corporate office! Everyone is friendly & very easy to work with. If we were to open another office nearby we will definitely have Altos there. I highly recommend working with them whether it's for your home or business :)
