I had an excellent experience with David and his assistant installing my home water heater. I called him at 2:00 PM, and within an hour he had already arrived. He even helped purchase and bring a brand-new unit with him, which saved me a lot of time and stress.

They were extremely professional, friendly, and very thorough. They carefully checked everything to make sure all parts were installed correctly and that the system was working perfectly before leaving. By 4:30 PM, the new water heater had been delivered, fully installed, and everything was complete.

It’s rare to find someone online who can respond this quickly and provide such high-quality service—especially on a Saturday. I truly appreciate the fast response and professional work.

David responded to request for quote by phone, within minutes I posted the request in yelp. Others didn't bother to call. Compare to one other quote, David's is a bit lower. It took about an hour for him and colleague to show up with the new water heater. The installation process took another 1.5 hour. So far so good.

David came out the same day I called him. Our water heater bit the dust the night nefore. Called David at 8am, he was here by 11 with the new water heater and it was all ready to roll by 1pm.

He was able to do a same-day water heater replacement for a more complex older system that has the water heater connected to the home heating. David was great. Our water heater broke on Sunday and we needed a replacement. Called about a dozen or so companies/repair people but as soon as I got David on the line, I knew he was the guy. No sales pitching, no pressure, just honest and straightforward. It made a stressful situation less stressful knowing we would have quick and honest work done. The water heater was replaced the following morning with hot water available shortly after. He was respectful, communicated well prior to, during, and after the repair, offered additional advice, and was fair priced. Highly recommended!
