Another Dave fan. Did my water heater replacement today. Turns out the old one has been running continuously with zero problems since 1997, or 27 years. Doubt I will be so lucky this time around.

Dave and his assistant were on time, always got back to me, and were efficient and clean in getting the old one out and the new one in. Looks great, and now we'll just have to see how long it lasts.. For sure don't think I will be so lucky this time around.

Anyway, happy to recommend Dave....good work, good price...good guy.

He responded to our inquiry right away and was at our home within the hour, bringing a positive, can-do attitude. David took the time to walk me through the troubleshooting steps over the phone, and within just a few minutes, my water heater was running again. He didn’t try to upsell me or push for an unnecessary service call. Instead, he was extremely kind, patient, and genuinely helpful.

It’s rare to find someone in the service industry who leads with honesty and a true desire to help people. I called Shamrock plumbing to help at the last minute with my home garbage disposal and a few pipes under the sink that needed to be replaced. He did an amazing job at a extremely fair price. He was quick and very efficient. I would highly recommend him and I will be using him again.

Shamrock Plumbing saved the day! I noticed that my water heater was leaking and we had no hot water! I called our neighborhood plumber Shamrock and they were able to come over the same day to take a look. They determined the water heater was broken. They were able to get me a new water heater and install it the same day! Super friendly, honest and affordable. I recommend Shamrock to all my friends and neighbors!

I got connected to this business through an app but realized that it’s fake. No website, no reviews and Even the phone doesn’t work.

I contacted Steve and he made an appt to come the next day to replace my bathroom sink. He arrived with extra parts that I hadn't known to buy when I bought the replacement sink. He made swift work of a big job and found a minor plumbing problem with the valve that he could repair for me. I'm so happy with his work!

Quality Plus Plumbing has been my go-to plumber for years. Recently I had a new toilet installed and a water pressure regulator installed (the latter involved cutting and soldering our water pipes because we didn't have enough space for it otherwise, which another plumber also explained to me). Ramez at Quality Plus Plumbing was extremely professional, fast, and efficient. I would highly recommend him and this company.

Used this company for the first time yesterday, and had a great experience! I was having some problems with a new garbage disposal and dishwasher, and finally decided I need to have some professionals come out to figure out what I did wrong. I happened to catch this company at a really good time, because the guy (Ramez) was able to be at my house the same day. He was super professional, he had mask on so I wasn't worried about my family, and he was in-and-out within about 30 mins. Everything got fixed, everything cleaned up, and he verified everything was working with me. The price was super-reasonable; he gave me a good deal because it ended up being a pretty quick job. Highly recommended!!

We’ve had three people from Quality Plus in our house in the past few weeks to diagnose and solve some issues with our toilet and faucet. They were all friendly, considerate, prompt, and did a great job for a reasonable price. One man even manually removed water from my toilet instead of using a vacuum because he knew my baby was sleeping and didn’t want to make too much noise. It’s the little things!

Great service efficient and reliable

Street plumbing was sent to our home via the warranty service. Charlie was sent out and did arrive on time however that was the only thing he did correctly. He begrudgingly entered my home refusing to introduce himself so I asked who he was and he gave me his name as if I should have guessed who he was. Walked around my home with a sullen expression, refusing to answer my questions unless I repeated them and then responded with sarcasm and high level of irritation. Yelled at me in one of my bathrooms about the carpet and how rediculous it was! I told him we are preparing to remodel the home which we purchased this way just weeks prior. Ran outside then came back stating “nothing is covered because your membership isn’t active”. Turned his back then ignored me when I tried to explain he was mistaken! Manager Theresa didn’t call back to address my complaint for 3 days! She acknowledged his mistake with the warranty which was active, Then shut me down when I attempted to explain my main concern with the so called plumber. She gave him a pass and accused me of putting “words in her mouth “when I asked her a question. I can see where he gets his attitude. Look at the unprofessional response the management takes when addressing the negative reviews on this website! Are they going to take things personally instead of addressing the issue?! You people at Street Plumbing need to take business courses! I wouldn’t allow him/them back if they were the last plumbing service around!!!!

Calvin arrived right on time. he had to go get parts and he came back early. He was communicative, called to coordinate and in addition to fixing the problem, he left everything very clean. Great service. I can't comment on their pricing since this was assigned by my home warranty insurance.

Joel is very professional; explained everything every step of the way as he was doing. He fixed the shower and toilet leak perfectly in my condo. I would definitely request him when I need any plumbing in my home. He's the best!!

The most rude customer service rep ever. Absolutely the worst. The lady literally said “You need the service, not me. You choose from our timings if not I’ll cut the call.” Who even talks like that?! The lack of civic sense and basic respect for another human is just astounding.
This is the way they spoke after no response for 24 hours. The technician never entered the house but marked the service as “started” and in progress. Just wow!

We will never do business with them again. We had them come to fix an issue with the sink and dishwasher and the technician couldn't do anything, exploded a pipe (which sprayed waste water on the wall and ground) and got dirty, then left with no cleanup. I called the office and the receptionist Teresa was incredibly rude, brushed me off, claimed no responsibility, and hung up the phone. After they could not resolve the issue (which we used a different provider who was able to fix it) and their blatant unprofessionalism, I cannot give them anything higher than 1 star.

We had some junkie pipes in our kitchen sink and they started leaking badly. We put a request in through our home warranty and Street Plumbing & Rooter scheduled us the next day. We were glad that they could assist us during this time. Andrew arrived on time and is very professional. He took a look at the problem and fixed it right away. He explained the changes and was great in closing out the paperwork. Thank you, Andrew!
