Freedom Pools is an excellent company. Alan and Drew provide top-notch service at a fair price. I've had Alan out several times to make minor and major repairs. He's always professional, knowledgeable, and takes extra time to make sure the job is done right.

We had some nagging equipment issues that needed to be resolved and Freedom Pool Services did an excellent job assessing our problems and suggesting the right equipment replacements. As a note, one of the replacement items from a leading pool manufacture did not work properly on install with our system. Freedom used their clout to influence the manufacture to resolve the situation in a timely manner, particularly impressive given our remote location. Five stars for the Freedom crew - they are our first call for all our pool problems.

Drew from Freedom Pool Service is awesome. They are trustwory and will not sell you something you dont need. We were convinced we needed a new booster pump. Drew came out for free, and advised us to clean our filter. If that did not work, then call back. We cleaned the pump, and our pool looks great again. If we need a pool service in the future, we will call Freedom.

So glad to have a pool service I can relay on and get fair prices. Excellent communication and took the time needed to help me understand of the pool management system works.

Great Service. Experts at maintaining Pools with Automatic Pool covers.The last company we used did not understand balancing the pool chemistry with a cover is different than an uncovered pool ! I Felt good enough about Drew at Freedom that I even recommend him to my family.

Alex showed up on-time. He was friendly, and helpful when he spotted some other (unrelated) issues with my pool equipment. They were "quick fix" items and he correctly them quickly, even though it wasn't related to the work he came to perform.
Alex quickly diagnosed the main issue with the pool equipment and swapped out the bad part for a new part under warranty.

Freedom Pools responded to email request very promptly, next day, and they were out to fix our leak the next day. Serviceman was friendly and appropriate. Very helpful. Found the issue readily and made sure pool was in working order. Will easily use them again.

Their tech, Alen came out and installed a new heater and pump. I like that they offer an appointment called, "Pool School" to learn how to use the equipment and important pool info everyone should know if they own a pool. Freedom Pool has replaced all of my old equipment over the last 2 years, pump, filter and heater. I'm now saving over $100 a month in electricity over the old single phase pump, the water is clearer than ever, and they even let me know how to get my PG&E meter upgraded for free. While they may not be the cheapest, I know they are the best value for the money. Their knowledge, helpfulness and service level will keep me a customer as long as I have a pool. I have always received top quality service from the crew at Freedom Pools. My pool has several mature trees near it, which creates extra work for the weekly maintenance. In addition to tree debris, my 2 golden retriever love the pool! And it’s never a problem! Freedom has also done repair work for me. Again, top quality by friendly, credible technicians. They did a beautiful job refinishing our pool with.pebble tech finish. We even enjoyed watching them work! The steps took a true artist to get them perfect. The guys were professional and left everything clean after they were finished. Great experience.

I had small leak in my filter pump. Suspecting it was bearings, I thought about doing it myself. I called Freedom Pool Service and they came out quickly and fixed the problem. Very reasonable price and they did quality job. I would not hesitate to contact them again.

The technician that came out to look at my pool plumbing setup was definitely an expert. Even though through our conversations, he knew I was trying to do the work myself as I am in the construction trade, he offered me suggestions and was willing to "be there" if I needed any help. I appreciated this very much as there are some companies out there that will offer NO assistance if they know they are not getting the job. They are definitely true professionals.
