Freedom Pools does an excellent job keeping our pool clean. The company name is perfect because after 19 years working hard on our pool we finally have the freedom to just enjoy it. We should have hired them years ago. Anthony is reliable and really good at brushing our free form pool plus he is great to talk to because he has a lot of knowledge. It's nice to have an expert with whom to discuss the various issues and get an understanding of why things happened. The pool sparkles now.

The team at Freedom Pools have been very responsive and supportive in the ten plus years since they installed our equipment. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for initial installation through regular maintenance services. They are a very friendly bunch and a professionally run organization 👍👌👏

I was very impressed with the quality of the staff and the quality of the work when they refinished our pool with Pebbletec. They went above and beyond the call of duty to find the junction box and replaced our pool light. Our pool is now beautiful and much more easy to keep clean. They came back later and switched out our pump to a variable speed pump. I would use them again in a heart beat and highly recommend Freedom Pool Services if you want a high quality result at a reasonable price. Definitely get a quote from them.

This pool service might be fine if you have a basic pool, no consistent heating of the pool & no animals. We used them for three years & they were ok. From the start they complained we had our pool heated even though we explained I used it for physical therapy for my chronic health issues. They asked us to put in an automatic chlorine system we approved it & a year later they told us the one they installed was too small & we needed to purchase a whole new unit. We said we would pay the difference but we wouldn’t pay for a whole new system when they installed the wrong size. They said no that wouldn’t work & said well it used to work but it’s not the right size for your pool. They eventually called the manufacturer & I guess they installed it wrong. After they supposedly fixed it my pool stopped smelling like chlorine completely & I knew something t was wrong since I have grown up with swimming pools. They kept gaslighting us telling us the pool was fine. They also started complaining about my dog who has been fine for three years used to love the tech who came and gave kisses to him & he would play with her but the owner said she was all of a sudden scary. We agreed to keep her inside. This last time they told us nothing was wrong with our system so we let them go. Today a new pool company came & tested our water & said there literally was no chlorine in our pool and there was a reading at dangerous levels. We are going to do a salt water system to help with the heat & they said they weren’t concerned about the temp they manage pools used in therapy all the time. So be careful bc if something does go wrong the owner doesn’t seem inclined to listen to the customers & it could result in bacteria build up & health issues.

Fast quotes, good pricing and great follow up service. I had my pool pump, filter and booster pump replaced. They were fast to quote and had the best pricing (for the same equipment as others were quoting). Installation was performed well and was completed on schedule. Placement of components and plumbing was improved and the installation looked significantly better after everything was optimized. I had my pool light replaced a few months later and that was also painless. Great service all around.

We have used Freedom pool services multiple times, and every time, they do not disappoint. They have been very thorough on all the work they have done. Even after they have completed a project, when we have a question, they get back to us with an answer promptly. Shout out to Technician Alex, he has fixed multiple things on the property, and has always been very professional, and very knowledgeable. We recommend Freedom Pool Services to everyone.

We had an incredible experience with Freedom Pool Services. Through the whole process when we requested service, the follow-through is excellent. They were able to very quickly troubleshoot our issues with our pool. We now will use them all the time for servicing our pool. Great service and great communication. Freedom Pool Services did an excellent job of diagnosing problems with my existing pool equipment and then replacing it with something more up-to-date that made sense. They quickly responded to ALL my questions (of which there were many), even replacing the complex in-home control panel, that came with the system, with something that was far easier to operate. :)
Will definitely be using them again if future problems arise.

This company is professionally run, they are prompt, polite and know their stuff. I had issues with my pool equipment couple of times and both times they diagnose and fix the issue quickly. They showed me the faulty part and explained what was wrong with them. They keep a lot of replacement parts on hand, so that saved me the hassle of waiting.

Very friendly staff and easy to work with. We are new pool owners and they've helped us tremendously getting our new pool set up!

Freedom Pools was a breath of fresh air! Like coming up after nearly drowning!

I live at an HOA with a large lap pool (15+ ft) and we were constantly dealing with pool issues. The previous pool vendor was recommended by property management, but residents had ongoing concerns and questions that were not addressed and we were even told not to question the pool vendor.

Then, a couple residents wanted to reach out to Freedom Pools and the difference was immediate. They quickly confirmed what residents believed, answered questions that had gone unresolved for ages and even knew some background about the laws off the top of their head.

When the HOA decided to get quotes for pool repairs, things took a dramatic turn - the city ended up shutting down our pool due to issues with the previous vendor! The inspector even pointed out something that Freedom Pools had already flagged.

I only wish Freedom Pools did commercial maintenance so we could have a partner all year long.

Great company for all your pool needs, I used them to do a pool start up after I remodeled my pool and then they also installed a new pool pump for me. After such great service they are now the company I use for pool maintenance.

I reached out to freedom pool service when my previous pool guy wasn’t doing a good job. They have helped me setup routine maintenance of my pool as well as helped me understand the pool system. Jose and Roberto has been great getting the chemicals right and cleaning the filters.

Jose#1 was wonderful. He explained and answered all my questioned completely and thoroughly. He instilled Abigail sense of confidence and trust in an Freedom pools services.Alex of pools etc was also great in assessing our pool for weekly maintenance service and trouble shooting my jandy system for controlling the pool.i am now committed to freedom pools for my weekly pool maintenance and any problems that arise in the future

It may be a just one bad worker (tech).
Guy sends text notice he will be arriving in 10 mins., and waited 30 mins. I called the office to confirm the appointment and tech showes up after an hour. I showed the pool heater with problem and he started open and found rat's nest and start to walk out without putting back the open items. Tech said I will send you the repair estimation via email later. Now two days later, still waiting for the repair estimation.

We tried a couple different pool services before finding Freedom and couldn't be happier. Excellent, knowledgeable and professional people that care. Thank you Freedom Pool team!!

We asked them to check on a problem with the heater. They quickly found someone turned off the gas. The field guy was nice. However, the back office claimed he gave us a “indoctrination” service. We have had the same equipment for years requiring no indoctrination. Service guy didn’t think we should be charged. Back office won’t reverse. Be careful with the overcharging. If they talk to you “too much” you have been indoctrinated. Can never recommend them again.

I’ve used them a few times. They do good work and are friendly. I’ve always been happy with the results. I think their work estimating process could be more customer friendly. They email an estimate but won’t tell you their availability to schedule the work until you commit to hire them. You don’t know if it’ll be one week or one month. I just had $5k worth of work done (new pool heater and other equipment) and they would not tell me their availability until I hired them, kind of annoying, but the work was excellent.
