We hired Silverman’s Construction for a full home remodel in Saugus, including our kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, new windows, and a large bifold sliding glass door installation. The transformation is night and day.

Jake and his team at Silverman’s Construction kept everything moving smoothly and made sure every detail was done right from layout and finishes to installing the bifold door so it operates perfectly. The new energy-efficient windows made a huge difference in both appearance and comfort.

Great contractor with a skilled network of professionals-

Jake Silverman and his team have completed several large projects at our Valencia, CA home. He managed the planning, drafting, permitting, inspections and construction with great care and communication. Over the span of the projects, we encountered hidden damages and unforeseen complications that Jake responded to with clarity and flexibility. Throughout the last several years our house has been a hive of professionals in many trades organized by Silverman Construction. They have all been professional, considerate and competent. If any complications arose, Jake responded quickly and efficiently.
Initially, we did four projects with Jake:
-We created a 2-bedroom ADA compliant Mother-in Law suite with in our 5000 square foot home.
-We converted a large recreation room into two bedrooms with sleeping lofts and a shared hallway.
-A wall with French doors was constructed to divide a large master to create a private office with server room.
-A walk in closet was converted to a recording room.
*He also helped us when an upstairs bathroom flooded the ADU, engineering the repairs to conserve as much new construction as possible.
A few years later we worked with him on an evolving set of construction projects:
-We converted a large shade bar into a walk out balcony and replaced all rear facing windows and doors.
-Planters had been built against the house without proper barriers resulting in much stucco and even a few posts being damaged. Jake and his team responded with out missing a step as they removed and repaired all the damage.
-The back yard was redesigned, and his hardscape team repoured the multi-level pad after pool repairs were installed. They rebuilt and moved hardscape, including a BBQ island and large fire pit with circular bench.
It was a journey for sure! Jake and his team did a wonderful job helping us design, fix and create the house that is perfectly suited to our family.
