Cherice Hess did an excellent job directing my ground install solar project to completion and commissioning after it stalled for two years. When the project was stuck, she stepped in as the rescue coordinator and kept me updated on every step of the process.

She handled all communication with Semper Solaris' engineering department, resubmitting plans for corrections and reapproval by LA County's Building and Safety Dept. She coordinated tech installers to complete the installation and ensured inspections were done correctly. Her kind and knowledgeable efforts continued with commissioning, warranty documentation, and IRS tax credit paperwork. Cherice is a valuable asset to Semper Solaris. We were considering a roof replacement when we stumbled upon Semper's flyer. It seemed like a no-brainer to install solar at the same time, so we reached out to see what they had to offer. We met with Bob King and found his quote to be competitive, although not the lowest. What set him apart was his genuine interest in our situation and willingness to tailor the installation to meet our needs.
