Cherice Hess did an excellent job directing my ground install solar project to completion and commissioning after it stalled for two years. When the project was stuck, she stepped in as the rescue coordinator and kept me updated on every step of the process. She handled all communication with Semper Solaris' engineering department, resubmitting plans for corrections and reapproval by LA County's Building and Safety Dept. She coordinated tech installers to complete the installation and ensured inspections were done correctly. Her kind and knowledgeable efforts continued with commissioning, warranty documentation, and IRS tax credit paperwork. Cherice is a valuable asset to Semper Solaris. We were considering a roof replacement when we stumbled upon Semper's flyer. It seemed like a no-brainer to install solar at the same time, so we reached out to see what they had to offer. We met with Bob King and found his quote to be competitive, although not the lowest. What set him apart was his genuine interest in our situation and willingness to tailor the installation to meet our needs. He also came across as transparent and honest, qualities that are hard to find. Bob's enthusiasm for certain products, like the Tesla Powerwall2 batteries, impressed us and made us feel confident in his recommendations. The roofing team turned out to be incredibly efficient, with regular updates from their foreman, Eddie. We were also pleased with the solar crew, who were professional and punctual. Our experience has far exceeded our expectations. We're now generating energy back into the grid, which is saving us money. Getting our batteries in time for the rebate was a stroke of luck, but we're grateful it worked out that way. Overall, we've had an exceptional experience with Semper and Bob, and have already recommended them to friends and neighbors.
We were blown away by the research my neighbors put into choosing Semper Solaris, and it definitely paid off - Bob King's visit was incredibly helpful in explaining every step of the process for us to make the switch to solar and ditch our sky-high electricity bills. The installation went smoothly and ended up revealing a new roof that looks much better than before. The crews were top-notch - respectful, punctual, and eager to answer any questions we had. They even left everything in the same condition as when they arrived, which is a testament to their professionalism. Our large house (3 stories, 3,750 sf) has seen significant savings since our roof and solar installation about five years ago; our average electricity bill now averages around $150 per month, whereas it was triple that before or even higher during the summer. That's the kind of quality we expect from a company like Semper Solaris, and I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and follow-through.

Friendly, patient, and meticulous in his work, Chris ensured I was kept informed throughout the process. The team did an outstanding job restoring warmth to my home.
Josh, the service tech I worked with, was extremely impressive - patient, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. His professionalism is rare, and if more service reps shared his expertise, it would significantly improve customer experiences.
