SHOWS UP, GOES THE EXTRA MILE, EXPLAINS EVERYTHING IN DETAIL AND YOU DON'T FEEL LOST LIKE MOST I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ELECTRICIANS WHO WANT TO MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO CAN DO IT BUT THEN OVERCHARGE OR SPEAK NEGATIVELY OF OTHER BUSINESSES. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH SONOMA COUNTY ELECTRIC. THEY DID OUR ELECTRICAL PANEL WITH CLEAR COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE DAY. POWER WAS ONLY OUT FOR 6 HOURS. THEY ALSO DID THE TRIM AND PAINT TO MATCH. IT LOOKS BETTER THAN IT EVER. EVERY ROOM IS LABELED INSIDE THE ELECTRICAL PANEL. THEY KNOW WHAT CAN HAPPEN WITH ELECTRICAL ISSUES AND MAKE SURE IT IS DONE WITH THE UTMOST SAFETY. I AM SO RELIEVED. I AM HAVING THEM COME BACK TO DO ALL THE INSIDE AND ANY OTHER ELECTRICAL ISSUES/JOB/UPGRADES. I CAN BREATHE A SIGH OF RELIEF. I NOW HAVE A SOLID RELIABLE ELECTRICIAN WHO I HAVE 100% TRUST IN. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. YOU MAY SEE BIGGER COMPANIES OUT THERE BUT BEFORE YOU GO WITH THEM I TRULY ENCOURAGE YOU TO CALL SONOMA COUNTY ELECTRIC YOU WILL ACTUALLY BE GLAD YOU DID. Lauren was amazing. She helped me design a custom soffit lighting fixture for my exposed beam ceiling. She used low voltage light strips that emit a lovely light and even change colors! Perfect job.

Buying an older house meant having to use Lauren a few times for different things and Lauren was always nothing but courteous and direct.

If something we wanted fixed could be done with a $3 hardware store purchased, that was the suggested fix.

Hopefully will not need it but, next time I do, I will surely be giving Lauren our business.
