I recently had the pleasure of working with Santa Rosa Solar to install solar panels on my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Permits were pulled promptly, and the installation was scheduled and completed in less than two months. This efficiency is in stark contrast to the lengthy wait times reported by friends who opted for Tesla solar, which can take up to a year and a half.

I needed help with my solar system but did not know the installer. Solar Santa Rosa was able to come in and diagnose the problem. The inverter was bad, and the technician was able to contact the manufacturer, find out it was under warranty, and get a replacement sent out.
I was impressed with how he was able to work around the several issues that came up in the reinstall. Even though they supposedly sent the same model, several things were different. Great job making everything come together!

Rami was easygoing and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He carefully evaluated our PG&E bill and used his software to design a solar system tailored to our energy consumption. His transparency was impressive—he even shared his own PG&E bill, which was under $15 for the electric portion! The customer service was top-notch, with a no-pressure approach that made the decision to go solar feel effortless. Highly recommend!

I very highly recommend Rami Sahar. I checked reviews & Better Business Bureau (all good), and met with Rami. He explained the technology, my options, the help with paperwork, insurance, etc. that they could provide and we made a plan for exactly what I wanted.

Rami helped with recommendations for a roofer (I did not want new solar on a thirty year old roof). He has ongoingly provided the most rapid responses to anything that came up, of anyone I ever worked with!

Once the system was up he monitored it to ensure it was working properly. When there was an issue with the Tesla Powerwalls, he contacted Tesla personally and then came to my home to work with them until it was fully resolved.

He also made sure all my various paperwork was sorted to keep me moving forward with PG&E, insurance, etc.!

Another power outage put me over the top this weekend. I need solar and it was really nice to have a retail solar place where I can walk in and talk to someone in person! Very friendly folks. They weren’t pushy or salesly and gave me all the info I needed about solar service for my home. Scheduled a virtual zoom appointment to go over the specifics and looking forward to having service that doesn’t drop when there’s an outage as I just had this weekend due to this storm.

I live in Walnut Creek and he was able to help me with my parents solar panels in Santa Rosa. He gave me an update on what needed to be done on a video conference. The 70 solar panels were washed and a new inverter installed in a timely manner for a reasonable price. He was diligent about follow up and helped set up my app to monitor the system. I would definitely recommend him.

We know many other installers send out multiple crews with mixed levels of training, so having the actual electrician performing the install gave us real peace of mind.

These folks are great to work with! Everyone who came out here was friendly, conscientious, professional, and detail-oriented. They explained things in a way we could understand and I never felt like anyone was trying to over sell me on anything. I was working on a van conversion.I found these great guys on google.And they live up to it here.I am just a small little guy.Needing two ten foot cables and some special adapters.For my van conversion solar system, and what do they do?They set me up and treat me great as if I was paying them for a big, huge job. That tells me that these people have huge hearts and care about what they do not about how much they can get out of you.
Super thankful As I rely on solar power in my Van conversion.
And without the adapter, my system wouldn't be up. And running, it's been an hour. And my system's almost full charged

We went from a $600 monthly bill down to $100 per month! The solar install was fast and Ramis team were very professional.
We have a rather large system with 30 panels and two Powerwall 3 batteries.
Our batteries are usually charged by 1pm and keep our entire winery and home powered off grid over night.
