Absolutely the worst place in the world to purchase supplies. They were charging $48 for a breaker I needed, and I found it at Friedman Bros for $11. I hate Platt. They're corporate pigs.

Had what was needed, but they took forever for the simplest order that we even called in advance for. Then they never asked the purpose of the visit so we lost potential savings. Will likely never come back.

Staff is cool, but their customers are so helpful and willing to share information. I was in Sonoma County to finish a job and needed a special part. Being from out of town, I didn't know any of local electrical supply houses. Platt didn't have what i needed, but several customers started giving me advise where to look.

All the front counter guys are so friendly! They always have donuts in the morning but they go fast because they get most of the local business!

Employee blocked road. I honked he rolled up towards corner, got out of truck, and had bad attitude. It was a blind area putting me and him in danger. There was room for him to pull to side before the turn near a corner that he blocked.
