Very professional as you would expect from a large established company. Ran to a slight hiccup as happens once in a while and was resolved very professionally. We did fairly expensive project with Summit and chose them exactly for this reason - we wanted to know we were dealing with a large longstanding reputable firm that would be easy to work with if any hiccups happened.

We did a lot of research on getting solar for our home. And most places only do rental solar options. My husband and I were getting super frustrated with the overly sales persona of most of the other solar companies we talked to.

Summit was super helpful answering all of our questions and figuring out the best solar options for what we wanted to do for our home.

Even with some hiccups with the electrical work at our house, they were able to get everything done in a Good amount of time and last month or electric and gas bill was only $37. This is down from $350 a month.

I had a specialty TV mount installed by Summit, and they were a pleasure to work with. Wally answered all my initial questions and got me set up with an appointment right away, and Bill did a professional job mounting a very thin OLED tv on a pull down mounting system. Will not hesitate to work with Summit on my future AV needs.

We have used Cedar Creek twice now, once for a remodel and just recently to install the heater for our new outdoor sauna. Both Scott and Adam are great. Scott gave a good quote for the work and stuck with the quote to the dime. Adam is a professional to the bone and does amazing work, they are great about figuring out how to give you what you want and make it look good aesthetically. I would recommend Cedar Creek with absolutely no reservations.

I want to tell you about my experiences with the Summit Technology Group. I have had a technician named Brian at my home on two separate occasions for two different projects. He is very knowledgeable and is great at trouble shooting electrical problems. On the first trip, he installed a new circuit for my low voltage landscape lighting. He also fixed a circuit in my house in 10 minutes that another company could not resolve in 4 hours.

On the second visit he replaced multiple outlets and installed some new RadioRa2 light switches. He also traced out and resolved a problem with one of my RadioRa2 switches that did not have enough load on it to function properly as I had removed a light from the circuit myself. I am having Brian come back in a week to install everything needed for an outdoor TV and he is going to help me mount it.

In today’s business environment I am usually not completely satisfied with the service I receive from most companies. However, that is not the case with Summit Technologies. From scheduling with Aura White, to the well-equipped vehicles they drive, to the skilled technicians they employee, this company has it together. I highly recommend doing business with them; you will not be disappointed.
