Firebrand did a safety assessment of our house and surroundings and found a number of issues that were serious fire threats. They were courteous, professional, and most importantly empathetic - some of their staff were boots on the ground in our neighborhood during the Lightning and Glass fire complexes. They did great work and are helping save both buildings and lives.

Firebrand got our generator quickly up and running after it shut down during a power outage in 2020's fire season. They came out on a weekend when no one else was available. We were not one of their existing customers, but that is no longer the case. They came out this morning for the annual service and got the generator back in tip-top shape. Highly recommend!

Steve Rahmn and a work crew at Firebrand did a fantastic job of replacing our defective generator that backs up our off-grid PV system in western Sonoma County. Through no fault of Firebrand, the new generator that was ordered was damaged during shipment. A second generator was shipped but became stuck in a blizzard in the midwest. While this was happening I was diagnosed with a medical problem that required surgery. Steve worked heroically to locate a generator from another dealer so he could install it before I went to San Francisco for surgery. Despite the extra expense and effort involved, Firebrand did not charge anything beyond the original estimated cost. Firebrand went far beyond expectations to accommodate our needs and their technical expertise was superb. Our overall rating of Firebrand is SUPER OUTSTANDING !!

Firebrand Safety Systems did an outstanding job installing a 10K generator on our ranch property. Steve and Richard are true professionals and exceptionally knowledgeable. They sweat every detail and work very hard to make sure everything is right no matter how many trips or how much time it takes. Their crew is exceptional. The installation is beautiful and very impressive. If you want someone to whom you can say "this is what I need, handle it" Firebrand is the place. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Firebrand Electric is the best, I contacted Steve about a problem with our Kohler Backup Generator System not starting up when we experienced a black out and 2 days later Cole was here to diagnose the problem and found that the battery was dead and he replaced it with a new battery.
I highly recommend any of your electrical needs to be done by Firebrand Electric.

I had a great experience with Lady Be Electric! I called them about an issue with a circuit breaker. They responded quickly and were super helpful. What ended up being a simple fix was handled right away, but they still took the time to check everything thoroughly to make sure there weren't any other issues.
The whole team was friendly, professional, and really easy to work with. They even took the time to answer another electrical question I had about a different issue in my home. Britt, the owner, was especially wonderful. She was kind, honest about pricing, and clearly cares about helping people rather than upselling unnecessary work.
