Chris and Kevin were amazing. They were quick, efficient, and personable. I had a lot of stuff to get rid of before moving and even after a long day, they were happy to get everything done that I needed. I highly recommend The Ark Hauling to anyone that needs junk taken away!

Since I had never used a Junk Haul and Removal company before I initially contacted GOT JUNK and set up an appointment a week out. Then I decided to see what services were available to me locally. Ark Hauling and Junk Removal was rated with 5 Stars and the reviews were very positive so I gave them a call and they scheduled me for the following day. Chris gave me a call thirty minutes before his confirmed arrival time. He and Hunter showed up on time. They were cheerful, efficient, and took care of the job in a completely professional manner. Chris even blew the area clean. They were in and out in less than thirty minutes. The price point was very reasonable and better than GOT JUNK. I highly recommend Ark Hauling and Junk Removal. Highly recommend Ark Hauling and Junk! I gave them quite a big job of demoing an outside building and hauling it away. They had a very fair price quoted and even though I didn't realize how big of a job it was, they stuck to their price! The were very communicative, very nice and showed up on time as well! 10/10

My sister and I used The Ark Hauling & Junk Removal, after a friend recently passed away.
Justin, Mark, Lyle and Kevin came to clean out the remaining contents of the home. They notified us that morning before they arrived, on time, with smiles and immediately put us at ease. They were professional, hard working and efficient. In two hours they were finished including sweeping the porch, walkway and garage. The two Justin’s arrived on time today to clean out my garage. They were polite, careful, quick, thorough and professional. They took away everything I didn’t want, cleaned the garage and then put back the things I wanted to keep in an organized fashion. All in about 2-3 hours. I’ve used Ark a few times now. They are very professional when scheduling and kept me informed throughout the day about eta for my pick up. These guys went above and beyond my expectations and even told me how to get rid of the mattresses myself at a little to no cost. The Ark Guys removed my broken hot tub Which was quite a job. They had to cut it into pieces and get it over a wall to get it into their truck. They were efficient, polite, and did a great job. They cleaned up the mess and went happily on their way. I plan to have them back to clear out my garage, which is also quite a job. I recommend them to anyone for any kind of clean out and Hauling.

They were patient and sensitive to my needs during the final phase of clearing out my family home. They were amazing, strong and work tirelessly throughout the day. Justin and his team were so helpful and professional ! We were able to schedule quickly and they cleared out a house for donations and then did the garbage/junk haul in the same day. The crew was very polite and hardworking. They got a lot done in a matter of hours. Very reasonable rate for the junk hauling and so convenient, plus it’s great to be supporting a good cause!

This is a great team to work with if you need to clean out your house. We worked with Justin and Mark and they were incredibly helpful in determining what was donations vs junk. Then they came back and picked everything up on time and on budget.

Justin picked up on the first ring and set up the assessment. Mark and his helper showed up on time and did exactly what we agreed on and even a little more when asked. Had a great can-do attitude. They were fast and courteous, easy to work with. With a good price too.

I would give more stars if I could. I was so impressed with Mark (communication, timeliness, efficiency) on a small haul away job that I hired them again for a complete garage clean out. Mark and Lukus were professional, efficient, and most of all, kind and sensitive in asking what should stay or go (there were a lot of things with sentimental value!). The price was fair and reasonable each time. I would hire them again without hesitation.

We’ve used The Ark Hauling & Junk Removal twice and highly recommend them if you’re looking for a flexible, dependable and trustworthy company. I wasn’t able to be home for the last scheduled removal but they were still able to come and remove all the things I had asked. So thankful and found it so nice to come home and see the pile of junk gone.

The whole process was smooth and efficient. From the time I called to schedule the pick up to the time when he was done, it was all less than 24 hours. Mark was very generous to work with my schedule and came as soon as possible. I didn’t even have to be there. He promptly communicated with me as to when he was coming, what things he was not able to take due to their commercial contract, and sent a picture when he was done. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about Justin and his team. I hired them to demo the interior of a 1-bdrm house and studio and they completed the job quickly, professionally and the job site was immaculate after they left! Justin's communication also went above and beyond - from scheduling a quote, to providing updates during the work and even checking in after to make sure I was completely satisfied (which I was). I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again - and if you have a cleanup job, big or small, don't look any further!
