I highly recommend Arborcare if you want reliable, high-quality, on time, and professional Tree worked done at your property. We have a 4 acre property right on the Russian river with some very large, difficult Stone Pines and Oaks, many of which were getting dangerous for our children. Mario had a full crew there within a week and they did an exceptional job with all of the trees, leaving our property, both beautiful and safe. We will definitely use them in the future.

This is a bit of a story, and it will be helpful to those who choose to have this company do their tree work. The owners of ArborCare, Mario and Armando, came to my property to assess my situation and give an estimate. The job was complex and involved amongst other work, cutting and trimming many very tall trees in order to create more sun exposure to our garden. It was very specific and the owner took detailed notes. I told the owner, Mario, prior to coming, that I would require receiving an insurance certificate before his crew began work because the job involved risky high tree work. Mario agreed with this requirement. Mario told me that he would not be here to start but would come later. I expected that his partner Armando would be here to direct his crew exactly what they should do. The crew showed up and the first thing they said to us was "What do you want us to cut?" Neither Mario nor Armando were here to direct them. My wife spoke to Mario by phone and he told her that if she couldn't give them direction on what trees to cut and how to cut them, he would do so by phone with his crew. That was totally unacceptable and unprofessional. The crew had no insurance certificate and no idea what to do. We learned that the owner/estimators were several hours away so we asked the crew to leave. It is unfortunate this happened. Based on other Google reviews, I'm sure the crew would have done a good job. But there was no one here to direct them, and that left us no choice but to send them away. When you hire this company, be sure to get in writing that one or both of the owner/estimators are on site when the job begins in order to direct their crew.
