Adrian is professional. He is a good communicator and is on time. I trust that he will take necessary precautions with spraying and placement of rodent traps so as to not endanger my small dog. We have had great success is rodent removal.

I have had a lot of inconsistency with this company the past months, but I have currently been assigned a gentleman named Adrian, who has been amazing. He is so thorough, communicates, sends pictures, and just does an outstanding job! He goes above and beyond! Because of him, I have chosen to remain with this company.

Kevin took the time to educate me on the area’s common pests and how to mitigate issues. Informed me of how their pest control works and what they can do should new issues arise. He did a very thorough job on the outside of my home.

Michael Bowler was extremely helpful arranging and expediting an appointment. He is very knowledgeable and articulate.

Horrible company. They don't return calls, and they are totally disorganized. Turns out the sales guy gave us incorrect information about the treatment - service tech said treatment would not work. We asked to thus have our contract cancelled, but they billed us for $338 anyway. Unbelievable. I have called countless times to get it resolved, and they keep passing the buck to someone else in the company. Even before this, they said they would call to set up the service, and never did. I had to call them. The tech who came out knew nothing about the type of service we needed even though the sales guy wrote it all down. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They are a nightmare.

The man that did my service, Kevin, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The customer service was great and Kevin put my mind at ease with knowing the bugs would be taken care of. Even though it was a one time service he followed up and made sure everything was perfect and it was! Overall great service and helpful worker

Our service technician does a thorough job with a fantastic attitude. Always goes above and beyond to get our feedback.. He is reliable and has a strong work ethic. Great to know that we have someone on our side in this ongoing battle to keep rodents out of our house as we live in a rural/ suburban home on open space. Thanks for your continue hard work!
