The customer entrance is actually at the back of the building rather than at the street address where GPS directed.

I'm not a tradesman but needed a part that wasn't stocked at the big box stores. I got there at 8 am and was a yard full of plumbers in a groove and moving. Inside is all counter space and I wasn't sure how to order or where from, staff was quick to help point me to the side of the counter that could help me. I got to deal with Phillip and was glad to feel welcome and spoken to with respect even though I was really not sure of exactly what I needed or proper terms. Dude was super professional and can tell he enjoys doing his job well, I ran back to my car when he asked if I had a picture, instantly he knew what I was looking for and had me out the door in minutes. Super appreciate the customer service and to not be treated as a burden as I stumble through trying find one part when their business is more geared to contractors and pros!

Receiving opens at 0800 till 1600 Mon-Fri. Unloading took about an hour, people are nice. No overnight parking.
