Pretty good but they make mistakes. Check your order before you leave.

A plumbing store for contractors. Ran by mostly men and not real friendly with women that walk in the door.
But they have alot of plumbing things or will order for you. A little bit unorganized and a bit to expensive. For my taste

Do not go here if you're not a contractor. If you simply have to have the part/product you don't have a choice, right? You will be gouged beyond belief, check the price online right now with your cell phone. Long wait, punitive refund policy, and stockboy interference included

Terrible service. Have been going to pace for years and have never had an order be fulfilled properly. Stop hiring people that cant do their job right.

They ordered a part for me that ened up being wrong. Not for any reason of mine. They charged me to restock the part. That said also the lady was very rude. Becarful ordering or buying anything from them. Ill never go here again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!
If you are a consumer this is not the place for you.
REASONS:
1. You think you have ordered something ahead of schedule then when you need it you find out it was never ordered and now it is not available.
2. Get sent toilet seats that don's actually go with the toilet you purchased, even though you ordered the seat when you ordered the toilet
3. Get sent a cracked toilet that leaks and then get some run around about a replacement. Claiming they need the factory to approve the return!
4. Get sold old out of date products that don't work properly and then get the run around on a refund, claiming approval and 8 weeks wait time!
NEVER EVER SHOP HERE! You are NOT saving money!

Just block the one way out of here. Who cares right, apparently Pace's schedule is the only one that matters
