Property damage occurred when cutting trees, and I am fine with that as I understand accident happen, but the owner is very unresponsive and irresponsible. When asked to talk to insurance, owner refused to go through insurance and also refused to pay full amount for damages. When threatened with a law suit, the owner acted as though he did not care. Absolutely the worse experience I have had. I would recommend any other company for tree services.

Second time we've used Mario and his skillful crew. They did a superb job trimming our oaks and eliminating hazardous brush near our house. Everything was done to our satisfaction - in other words Arborcare did "a perfect job."

Arborcare does a reasonably priced and efficient job at pruning and tree removal. We had a dangerous and very tall grouping of eucalyptus trees, which they removed for our neighborhood cluster. I couldn’t be happier.

Beware - Arborcare Group was hired by our neighbor to cut down trees on our property next door. They cut down and removed six of our trees. We were shocked to return to our property to find six massive trees missing and completely removed. The neighbor is building a house and apparently our trees were blocking his view.

The neighbor’s building contractor sent us a photo of the Arborcare truck and told us he witnessed them cutting our trees down. When I contacted Arborcare Group, they denied any knowledge or part in the removal of our trees.

Arborcare was cutting down a tree in my neighbor's yard and asked if I wanted an overgrown tree in my yard cut back, they offered a discount since they were already in the area. Price was good and they did an excellent job. I'd been meaning to get that tree taken care of and I was very happy with the job they did. Nice clean up job as well, no messy oak leaves for me to rake up afterward.

Fantastic tree service. Julio and his crew did an outstanding job working on our new home, which had lots of overgrown vegetation. They took our aesthetic preferences into account, as well as the health of the trees and fire hardening of our home. Excellent work at a very fair price, I could not recommend more highly.

To anyone who is tired of endless spam texting this is a company that is part of the problem. After weeks of spam texts asking if I want my trees cut I went along with it. This was the company behind the spam campaign. So if you are tired of spam texting this is one of the companies that uses this as a marketing tool and part of the problem.

I should have read the reviews. They’re sloppy, messy, didn’t clean up well. Dented our car but Mario said it’s not a branch that hit it. How does he know! I was home when it happened. They kept asking for payment even before the job was done. We have more trees to trim but Never again with ArborCare.

Mario and his guys are great! Fair price, quick work! His main tree guy does a great job shaping and pruning… fun to watch, guys an acrobat!

The Arborcare crew recently did a fantastic job of trimming numerous large oak trees on my property in Healdsburg.
The owner, Mario consulted with me on the best way each tree work should be handled. His skilled climbers were up in the trees “safely” cutting and trimming large limbs and branches that were potential hazards.
Other crew members cut the larger limbs into firewood lengths for me. They chipped the branches and leaves spreading them in different areas.
Afterwards the crew took extra care to clean up my property of any debris and Mario paid me for the cost to replace a few walkway lights that were accidentally damaged by some falling branches.
I am extremely pleased by their work. The trees look better, are less hazardous and I was charged a very fair price for all of this work.

Mario and team do excellent work that is competitively priced. They are efficient, easy to work with and do a great clean up job. They worked on three very large trees that had not been trimmed in 30 years and left them looking healthy and as good as possble with the major trimming involved.

Simply amazing. I had six fruit trees trimmed, three tree removals and a very tall tree in the front needing a major trim. These guys DID NOT disappoint!! They executed the plan Mario laid out perfectly. In all honesty, I’ve never been so impressed. Thank you, Mario and your really hard working crew. Highly recommended!!

Arbor care is awesome. They show up on time.They do exactly what you ask them too and a little more. They're incredibly fast and they leave the surrounding area cleaner than it was when they started. highly recommend!!
