Bryan's team did an amazing job with removing, sanitizing, rodent proofing and insulating our attic. His team is very friendly and I felt very comfortable with them. Bryan is very knowledgeable and very detailed oriented. He answered all questions we had. My husband and I are very happy with their work. We had a couple of quotes and his price was fair. We chose his company because he was honest and knows what he is doing. They deserve more than 5 stars and we will be recommending them to our friends and family.

They did a great job. They were considerate, punctual and highly professional. Bryan showed us photos of the problem areas in our attic, fixed them, and showed us the pictures after. The air in the house feels cleaner with the attic cleaned and the holes all sealed.

I wish these guys did more contracting work than just attics. showed up on time and as scheduled. Set expectations explained Expectations. explained work. Did good work provided pictures and documented. These guys make every other contractor I've worked with in the last 5 years Look bad. They were not the cheapest but right up front Bryan highlighted some things that needed to be addressed that no one else did. Very pleased.

Attic Professional was FANTASTIC to work with! From the initial quote experience all the way through the finished project. Bryan was communicative and explained the work, the process and the damage mitigation techniques they would employ to keep the property protected.

Bryan arrived at the time stated and with a "double crew." After introductions, they jumped right in removing old attic insulation and debris, rodent proofing the attic, sealing air gaps, sanitizing the cleaned attic and then added about 12" inches of batt insulation.

The crew also explained what they were doing, were respectful of the property and even repaired a stove hood duct so it vented properly.

All in, I was extremely happy working with Attic Professional and would highly recommend them.

Bonus: They were at least 1/2 the price compared to another estimate I received and they didn't try to upsell for scam me!

We also loved that the team kept us informed durning the day of installation. Also, the breakdown of what was going to be done and what was done. Would use them again for the future if we ever need them. Would recommend.

Total pros started at the first phone conversation and free estimate with owner Bryan. Every step of the process was explained to me and I was provided with options that were clear and easy to understand. They were careful to prep/contain the area prior to insulation removal and brought me up into the attic to inspect the cleanup prior to new insulation installation. Kevin was the foreman on the site and he and two other fellows did a great job of cleaning, rodent-proofing, and air-sealing the space. It’s clear that this team takes pride in their work and operates in an honest and ethical manner. Would 100% recommend this business.

I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years. Attic Professional completely impressed me with their high quality work and pride of workmanship.

Bryan is excellent he showed up on time for our attic inspection then outlined a great plan to clean the attic, protect all the roof vents, seal all small holes to keep the attic airspace completely sealed from the living space.

He answered all of our questions regarding how the job is completed, how the home is protected, how they extract old insulation then install new insulation. He then proceeded to educate us on our options so we could make the best decision on insulation and price.

Bryan then put together a bid and went over it step by step to make sure the scope of work and the job was to our absolute satisfaction.

Once we had a price we were then given proof of insurance and all the appropriate licensing showing Bryan is completely above board and a true professional.

We made arrangements for a date and time for the job to start and end.

The job was done to the highest standard possible with pride as well as on time with no surprises.

Bryan and his team did a wonderful job. Super professional service and detailed clean work. They cleaned out our whole attic, added all new insulation and new air ducts for our two-story home. Rodent proofed everything and cleaned up their work very well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Bryan came out to check some potential attic issues, and I was really impressed. He was polite, professional, and completely honest. He could have easily sold me services I didn’t need, but instead took the time to explain why they weren’t necessary and what he did recommend. It’s not a given that you would find that level of honesty and professionalism these days — highly recommend!

Brian the owner was very responsive and detailed with his inspection. He gave us a great quote (rodent sanitizing, clean up and sealing the attic against future infestation) from the beginning, unlike other companies; we had start really high and then pretend they were giving us a discount as they lowered pricing. Not only did his team doing an amazing job with our attic clean out about 2 years ago, but if we are concerned about an animal in the attic... he has stopped by to make sure his quality of work stands. When we realized we had a serious rodent problem in our attic, we did our due diligence and got the customary three quotes from attic service companies to deal with the problem. The other two companies we received quotes from said that they could seal up rodent entry points, clean out the attic, sanitize and replace insulation, but in regards to repairing damaged HVAC ducting, they did not service HVAC, but could refer us to a secondary company that would be able to address it.

Talking to Bryan at Attic Professional, he provided us with a full package of services that included cleaning out the attic, sealing up all entry points, trapping and eliminating the rodent problem, sanitizing, and full replacement of our HVAC ducting before replacing the insulation. And, the full package price was much more competitive than the other two quotes we received.

Bryan was very easy to work with, as was his work crew. They were careful to keep the inside of our house clean during all of the work to access the attic, and over the course of the project, Bryan kept us up to date on the progress. Due to all of the work that needed to be completed, it was a fairly lengthy process, but Bryan stuck with his original quote, even with additional work, including follow-up visits to check traps, seal up additional rodent entry points, and patching a wall where rodents had created holes to the interior of the house.

The price came in much lower than all the other quotes we received for the project. Bryan was responsive and quick to get in touch with us. The quality of work was great and the people performing the work were professional and did a fantastic job.

Bryan and his team were punctual and professional. There price was very reasonable and they did a great job insulating my attic. Bryan even returned after the insulation to repair a coax cable that had become disconnected. No complaints!

Bryan and his team were top notch. They cleaned and rodent proofed our attic, reinstalled the insulation and then insulated all our interior walls to help with the noise. They were able to do the entire job in 6 hours! And it looked like no one had even entered the house at the end of the job.
