Bryan and his team did an excellent job in clearing out the attic old insulation, vacuuming out pest droppings, sanitizing and sealing gaps in the structure, and then installing new insulation. They also installed new air ducts and balanced the airflow to each upstairs room, going above and beyond what we expected. His team arrived promptly and set up a very effective protective barrier and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Bryan explained everything clearly before the project started and kept us informed throughout with lots of photos. My husband accompanied him into the attic after the clearout to fully understand.

Excellent work from start to finish. Attic Professional completed rodent proofing, attic spot cleaning, sanitation, and air duct sealing with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Entry points were properly sealed using quality materials, the attic was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and damaged ductwork was repaired and sealed. The crew was efficient, knowledgeable, and left everything clean. The two-year warranty on the rodent proofing adds confidence. Very satisfied with the quality of work and overall experience. Delayed review! Just wanted to say these guys were excellent and performed great work (which is rare these days). I had them rodent proof, sanitize, add insulation and service the HVAC vents. Their customer service is above and beyond. Bryan (owner) was professional, considerate and knowledgeable. The crew that performed the work was the same which is rare! I had no reservations throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend Attic Professional if you’re looking for any of their offered services. The prices are competitive but most importantly the quality, customer service and warranty far outweigh any negligible differences in pricing you might find. You get what you pay for and Attic professional left me confident in my decision to choose them. I’m more than happy with their work and they continue to be there for me when I have any questions. I had a fantastic experience with Attic Professionals. My first contact was with Bryan Luu, the owner/operator. He came out for an estimate to add additional cellulose to my attic and to inspect for any repairs or other work that needed to be done. He gave an extremely reasonable quote and I chose his company along with a recommendation from another contractor from which I was having work done. We set up the install appointment and his crew showed up EXACTLY on time! You don't get that very often with contractors. His crew was Dante and Stephen, both of which were exceptionally professional and courteous. They came in, explained what they would be doing, and proceeded to lay drop cloths and put up plastic so as not to dirty up any of my house during the install process. Bryan showed up roughly 30 minutes after his crew to check in and to install an attic fan. He did that in no time at all. The whole process took around 2½ hours. After they cleaned up, not a single piece of dust was left behind, which is hard to come by. Exceptional, exceptional work from Bryan and his crew, Dante and Stephen. I will definitely spread the word to anyone that needs attic work. Great job.
