We had Sun Diego Solar replace our old solar panels a couple years ago. The service was friendly and the job was completed in a somewhat timely manner. My main concern is that they didn't size the system correctly and we now receive a bill from SDG&E for power consumption not supplied by solar. This wasn't the case before the "upgrade". We gave them our old "bill" that showed our power usage and they still undersized our system. On top of that, they didn't even use all the space of our solar racking! There is room for more panels. When contacted about this, they want to charge us $5000 to add more panels, even though this was their mistake. This upsets me every single time I look at our panels. What a rip off - I'd suggest you give someone else your business.

Highly recommend Sun Diego Solar! We spoke to competitors and decided to go with this company because they weren't pushy with their sales pitch, their pricing was in our budget, and they were very professional. We felt comfortable moving forward with them and are glad we did. The crew are all very friendly and very honest. They pay attention to details and even made me aware if something was damaged on my property during the project and told me they would be repairing it (I would have had no idea about if they didn't mention it). It's things like that, that make me feel glad I went with them.

how about telling your employee driving Unit #52 to drive the company truck INSTEAD of texting... check his phone for texts around 9:59 and 10:02... damn near hit me on the 67 this morning!!!!

I am a poway resident and your company did not properly set up traffic controls and interest the safety rest of the community. Next time you need to work closer with the city and create a safe environment for the community. I know understand why u have a one star rating.
