Billy was quick, professional and has great customer service. We had an old light ballast changed and it took him maybe 15 minutes. A+

This company is a joke. I called them out for three jobs. Two I don't think they were capable of doing so the electrician just blew them off. The third job was to replace 2 motion detectors and install one new one. First he criticized the motion detectors I bought, and didn't tell me he had never used the brand or that he did not know how to adjust the settings on them. When he left he assured me they were working. When I went out after dark, not one single detector came on. I finally was able to get them to work if I held a big piece of cardboard right up in front of the sensor. I immediately called and left a message. When he called back and I told him what was going on, he began to tell me he didn't know how to adjust the sensors and then tried to explain to me how to adjust them. He would not let me get in a word edgewise and was basically telling me he couldn't do anything. The next day I got a call and was told he would be out that night to adjust them when it was dark. I was told he would arrive at 6:30 and that everything would be "perfect" when he left. Around 7, he left a message saying that the work was done. He never attempted to contact me while he was there even though the lights were on and the garage door was open. The next I realized that one of the lights would come on in broad daylight. I called again next day to tell them about this and find out why the guy didn't let me know he was there the night before and he went into my backyard without my permission. At first I was told that the electrician didn't want to disturb me. However, when I continued to complain that he went into my backyard without my permission and didn't bother to show me how to adjust the sensors, I was told that he did ring the doorbell. That is when I just went off. Was he not going to disturb or did he ring the doorbell. She said he would come out the next day and adjust the light that would come on, yet didn't ask which one. I decided to file a complaint with the BBB (which stands for Bad Businesses' Brother since they seem to only side with the business and never the consumer) which they acknowledged receiving. A couple of weeks later I receive an email telling me that Peterson Electric had not responded to the two messages they had sent them. They finally responded and just flat out lied. Although his secretary said the electrician rang the email, the electrician said he knocked. He also siad the the hook-up was fine so all should be good. I think if you install something, it should work when you leave. These lights still do not work correctly.

You have been warned. This guy cannot do his job and takes no accountability for that fact.

My wife was vacuuming the hallway when all the power blew out. I reset the breaker myself but there were some lights and outlets that wouldn't come back on. We called Peterson Electric and got an appointment to come out the next day. Jeff we very professional and seemed to really know his stuff. He traced it to a connection behind the Living Room plug where he showed me the burned connection. It took him just under two hours from start to finish and the power now works as before. I would call him again for any future electrical projects.

Billy did an amazing job putting up my chandelier. He removed the old fixture and added the new one very quickly! It looks gorgeous! Thank you Billy!

Javier went above and beyond installing our TV and components. The LED backlight are super cool. He programmed the universal remote and now the pile of 7 old ones are in a drawer! There is no way we could have done it without him!

Our experience with Javier and his crew is one of the best contractor experiences that we've had to date. We had recently purchased a house, and wanted to upgrade our electrical panel and add can lights, ceiling fans, in-ceiling speakers, multi-media and tv wiring, outdoor speakers, ethernet, coax, and extra outlets. He came out and sent a quote for the work within a day.

On the day of the install, we were unsure where we wanted the locate the a/v equipment. He just rolled with it, and was able to make adjustments on the fly. He a Rafael completed all of the work in less than 2 days. When they left, we had holes in our walls and ceilings. But then came the drywall patcher, Gabino, who patched the holes and matched all of the wall and ceiling texturing like a pro.

Overall, he and his crew are very skilled and take pride in their work. His pricing is very competitive, and his work is exceptional. We'll be referring Wiring Innovations to all of our friends and using Wiring Innovations for any of our future projects.

Javier is great. If you need home wiring done, this is the guy to call. He came by twice, once to price the job and once to do it. Both times he was right on time. He spent some time looking everything over before he quoted me so there would be no surprised. When it came time to do the work, he showed up right on time, got everything done exactly like he said he would, and for the price quoted.

After moving into our new house, I've been suffering through bad wifi for a couple weeks, but after Javier's visit we're at full bars on wifi and I have fast wired connections to all my streaming devices and computers. Thanks Javier!

First Javier is and his staff; are professional, courteous and full of expertise and advice. Javier designed and met all our home sound system, electric devices, security system perfectly and with in our budget and beyond our expectations.
1. Designed home entertainment system for our family room flat panel t.v. In our family room, with zones to play i-pod and electronic devices throughout our bedroom, and our out-side patio / room.
2. Additionally Javier has always been there for us with his technical expertise in trouble shooting any quirks that happen to come up when I press the wrong buttons / or pull wire buy accident. Thank you Javier.
