I called up Keil electric for a job regarding outlets not working in two bedrooms. David, the electrician, came over and did the routine diagnostics and determined that the outlets had daisy chain wiring done to them and updated one outlet with pigtail wiring to make them all work again. He fixed the problem and explained the issue in detail. David went above and beyond to service our needs and was a great listener. He was personable and an honest guy, something you rarely see in companies in this day and age. I would recommend Keil electric and will call them up again for any electrical needs in the future. The pricing for the job was $342.00 and the value was worth it.

Keil Electric arrived on time and did a review of work to be done and gave a quote. The work started the next morning and Tommy and Sebastion were excellent doing the wiring and explaining as went along. Very upfront and professional.

We had a great experience with this company. Austin, our technician, was very helpful and amazing. We had two other companies come out before but when Austin arrived, he found the problem right away. He even stayed after hours to make sure we had electricity back, which was really thoughtful and we really appreciated. He was professional and had great communication. We would highly recommend this company and their services again to anyone who needs a reliable technician.

We reached out to Keil Electric for repair help with a wire getting too hot to my garage lighting. The owner came by on Feb 13th and was great, super nice. He tested all the outlets and power to verify voltage and they all worked. The original quote was $587 for additional outlets to split up the wiring to diversify the voltage. That quote was acknowledged and felt appropriate.

The installation tech arrived on the 16th. It was raining that day so 10 minutes prior to his arrival, I opened and lowered the garage door halfway using the power in the garage so he could still grab his equipment but not get rained on while working. I asked him if the garage door was at an appropriate position for him or if he needed me to open it all the way, he said it was fine. Once the work was complete, he attempted to test the outlets he installed. None of the outlets in the garage worked anymore including the ones I used to open the garage and the ones that were tested by the company owner a few days prior.

Since it was raining, he told me he would come by the next day to check the breaker panel to figure out the issue.

The next day he arrived and told me he forgot to mention that a diagnostic fee of $300 will be applied to the invoice totaling to $910. My spouse and I were questioning why a diagnostic fee needed to be applied since the power was working prior to his arrival.

We called the company and notified the issue we had with the diagnostic fee and they said the tech believed the power was not working when he arrived. We let them know that we were using the power to the garage minutes before his arrival and it was even tested by the owner a few days prior. It was very apparent that the power loss issue arose while the technician was here working but they declined.

The original initial quoted work was completed, but we were very disappointed in how the additional charge was handled and the lack of accountability regarding the issue.

I called Keil Electric a couple of days ago when one of my kitchen outlets started smoking while using the air fryer. When I spoke to Eddie in the office, he said he could probably get somebody out to me that same day. Within four hours of me making that call Andy showed up. I told Andy I just purchased this home in August and everything in this home is brand new, including all the copper wiring. Andy explained to me that copper wiring does not work with aluminum unless a special binder is used. So what happened was that the wiring in the outlet had melted. Andie repaired it and fixed it all up and actually was kind enough to inspect some of the other outlets. he also explained to use caution when I use my air fryer because of all the juice the air fryer takes-In other words I will not be plugging anything else in that outlet when using the air fryer.
And when it came to the Cost for him coming out and repairing, I was absolutely floored-I Was expecting it to probably cost me around $400 but it only cost me $214. I would definitely use them again for any electrical work in the future and refer them to any of my friends that need work done. Both Eddie and Andy were very friendly and professional and definitely knew what they were doing. Why did I select them when looking for an electrician?-Because of all the five star reviews they had. And it was my pleasure to add one more.

Keil Electric has just completed modernizing my panel so my microwave wouldn’t trip my electric in half my house. Andy was great in inspecting everything & analyzing. Chris & Zion were a pleasure. Very cordial and professional and cleaned up nicely. Loved the personal touch with this company; talking to real people (Eddie) and not AI who still gets it wrong and very impersonal. Atta way to go guys.

Contacted Keil, made appt for estimator (Andy), work scheduled. All this was done in a very timely manner. Everyone I spoke with, met with, or performed the work was most professional. But the best part is they showed up and worked as promised, on time! Technician was Chris.... Thank you

Sebastian and Tommy came out to change old outlets and switches. They were very respectful and polite of me and my house. Swept up the debris and cleaned up the work areas. The price was reasonable too. I have more work scheduled with Keil and looking forward to working with them.

Andy was amazing. He was right on time. He was very knowledgeable and in knowing the work he would be doing for my home (which is 113 years old) he had really thought ahead by purchasing several different parts for each project he was going to be working on. He was so personable and I look forward to having him come back to do a few other projects on my house.

The team did a great and efficient job installing a subpanel and 50 amp jacuzzi line at my house this past week. David and his partner were quick and informative. They explained everything they were doing, and it was nice to see that they were passionate about their work and genuinely enjoy their jobs. Nice work, hot tub is up and running, and at a great price point. Would recommend.

Sebastian and his colleague did an excellent job installing three GFCI outlets in my bathrooms. Their work was extremely precise, and no drywall repair was needed. They were also very considerate about keeping costs down by choosing the most efficient wiring approach. Overall, the pricing was very reasonable and the workmanship was top-notch. I’m now fully set up to install a smart toilet or bidet seat, with a GFCI outlet conveniently located right next to the toilet.

Six high bay lights in our lobby. Chris was very careful and covered the tile floor to ensure the lift did not cause any damage. Even went the extra step to make sure the lights were clean and the ceiling insulation was repainted flat black.
