We have used Molly Maid for many years and are always quite pleased with the quality of the cleaning tasks. The same team comes week after week and they are great people. They cope well with our 3 dogs and take a moment to say hello (and give them a treat) before they start cleaning. The team is fast but thorough. Nothing has been broken. Except for rare occasions when my wife or I are home for the day, they come in using a key and always lock the door properly. Although our dogs are escape artists they manage to keep the dogs inside. We couldn't be more pleased.

-After emphasizing to use care cleaning horizontal blinds the team still ended up breaking a blind

-Only one small bathroom was asked to be deep cleaned at this service and it was not - a step trashcan and shower stool in the room did not have clean exteriors - I didn't want to alert the team because after I saw they broke my blinds I just wanted them out of my home

Previous services from this company were much more thorough and professional; the teams were outstanding. This recent experience cost more and was of lesser quality.

The cleaning team are very kind and courteous and have a great attention to detail. Each time my home feels completely refreshed, and I could not be happier with the service they provide.

Molly Maids has always been a service that has kept my house clean and neat. I find it very easy to communicate with the maids when they come in and for the most part, they do everything as I have requested.

I used this company for 2 years and had much of my time wasted, money spent and patience taken. They are consistently late, take zero accountability for their short comings and mistakes and do nothing to accommodate or take care of their long term clients. I’ve had countless instances where the team is 15-30 minutes late despite providing a 1 hour timeframe, mind you this is a timeframe they provide and set upon their availability. Despite ongoing issues which they continually blame on their staff they have the nerve to raise service prices without actually justifying it and not providing the service to earn it.
Save your money, time and patience and go with a different service provider.

Rose and Irma were great. They even made a bed I had stripped before I had a chance to wash the sheets.

Molly Maids did an amazing job in cleaning my home. They arrived on time and had the house smelling so refreshed. They even folded the tissue paper as you would see in the nicest hotel. I would recommend using them for your home cleaning needed. I'll definitely be using them again!!

Wonderful customer service experience. I needed a move-in cleaning for my father on somewhat short notice. I called several corporate cleaning services and Molly Maids was the only one that answered with a live person. Shannon was quick to give me all the answers I needed. I thought surely I had a very unique situation -- whether I did or not, they have it down to a science. I was very impressed.

Pricing was good. The cleaning crew arrived on time, called me 30 minutes in advance to give me notice, and did a great job overall. Would definitely recommend.
