This company has been cleaning our house every two weeks for years. They are consistently excellent and great at communicating.

Rose and Stephany were very thorough and did a great job cleaning my bathroom, bedroom and other items I ask them to do.

These girls were on time, fast & efficient! A few things were overlooked, but I would have them back again!

Team 14 is the greatest! The ladies are always on time and are very pleasant. They do a fantastic job of cleaning our house.

The housekeepers were fantastic in their cleaning prowess. Would have liked indoors windows offered to make experience perfect. Other than that I noticed the housekeepers attention to detail that was fantastic.

The two ladies who came to my apartment for a final cleaning for a move-out, were fantastic. The business office is awful, charged my account twice for one service, and when I called to request a refund, the lady denied they had ever charged my account twice, insisted that they never "pre-charge" customers, and was extremely nasty about my inquiry. I had to contact my bank and have them start the process of reversing this second charge.

If you are going to hire this service, pay cash--don't ever let them have your account information.

Molly Maid is consistently reliable for providing service as scheduled. The cleaning technicians are always respectful, flexible with some minor variations to the agreed upon work, and attentive to details such that I trust they complete a thorough job.

I called Molly Maids because my home was in shambles. After 2 weeks of stressfully attempting to tidy up only brought the house from “complete dumpster fire/pit of despair” to “very messy”, I was a wreck of anxiety.

Cue Molly Maids! The three women who came today took over, and in a brisk 2 hours turned my house from “abandon all hope, ye who enter here” to “a comfortable place to relax” while I hid in my room and tried not to apologise to them any more than I already had for the disarray. My team from Molly Maids has been servicing our home for more than 10 years. They keep our home spic and span, including little extras from time to time. They keep the pet hair down to a minimum and take care of the shutters every week. I couldn't ask for a more competent and consistent service.
