Everett did an excellent job with his attention to detail and great customer service. My 12x10.5 Persian rug was cleaned and then carefully returned and rolled out by Everett and his team member. They were both friendly, professional, and even offered to keep my rug a little longer while I had my hardwood floors cleaned, which made everything much easier for me. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning company in Santee. I was really impressed with the level of care they gave to my beautiful rug. Everett was friendly and professional, always happy to answer my questions and explain what he was doing during the cleaning process. Great service, kitchen tile had not be cleaned for 20 years and it now looks brand new. A lot of labor was involved and Mark kept at it. Carpets look brand new. I could not be happier with the great job and work ethic by Stuart Quick Dry.
